Along with the social productive forces rapidly increase,the continuous development of science and technology,to the requirements of the intelligent public services continue to improve,the Internet of things as an important part of Internet technology,with its rapidly deployed to drive the society to the era of Internet,all things for the Internet into every aspect of life,have laid a solid basis of network.Kunming through a case study,this paper in order to move for a specific object,analyzing the NBIoT business application in city construction,wisdom and smart meters industry marketing performance,finally choose intelligent water meter industry subdivided market research,and aimed at the target market,marketing positioning,and put forward the application of marketing strategy optimization suggestions.We hope to provide some help for the development of NB-IoT business of Kunming CMCC in the intelligent meter reading industry,and also hope that the study of this paper can bring reference significance to other operators.This paper in the related literature at home and abroad,combing the present stage of Kunming CMCC marketing achievements,and to study outstanding case,on the basis of reference of existing research results,using the methods of literature research,case analysis,from the aspects of enterprise internal environment of Kunming CMCC NB-IoT business application of marketing environment and risk analysis,This paper studies the three market segments of smart city construction,smart tourism and smart meter reading,and finally selects one of the outstanding application scenarios of NB-IoT business: The whole intelligent meter reading industry chain is divided into equipment manufacturers and water companies.Combined with the advantages of Kunming CMCC,the target market and marketing positioning of NB-IoT business in the field of smart water meters are analyzed.According to the 7Ps marketing strategy,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy research from the aspects of product,price and promotion,channel and tangible service display,personnel and service process,and finally draws a conclusion,provides reference for the development of Kunming CMCC NB-IoT business in smart water meter industry.
