Intangible cultural heritage contains a wealth of knowledge. It is the crystallization of the wisdom of the masses and an important part of Chinese culture.Intangible cultural heritage is manifested in various forms and covers a wide range of fields. It is rich in content and connotation.Structured representation and semantic organization provide new technical approaches for the management, protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. On the basis of semantic organization of intangible cultural heritage information resources,it is one of the important research trends to explore their inner relation and tacit knowledge.Firstly, this paper analyzes the literature related to the structural representation of intangible cultural heritage and the semantic organization of intangible cultural heritage information resources to understand the current research status.Scholars have discussed the construction of intangible cultural heritage metadata system and linked data release, but there is no unified metadata standard and high-quality linked data set. After that, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of intangible cultural heritage information resources, analyzes the existing relevant metadata specifications, selects appropriate specifications as references, and constructs an intangible cultural heritage metadata system. And then, this paper selects the intangible cultural heritage project of the Grand Canal in Hebei province as the experimental data.On this basis,it extracts appropriate elements from the constructed metadata system for the purpose of research, determines the description scheme of the intangible heritage of the Grand Canal, sorts out the relationships among the elements, constructs an ontology model for the semantic discovery experiment, and selects Drupal to publish linked data. Finally,on the basis of publishing linked data by Drupal,RelFinder was selected to conduct RDF visualization experiment. The paper analyzes the visualization results, summarizes the experimental findings, and conducts in-depth analysis and context analysis. The experimental results show that the categories of intangible cultural heritage of the Grand Canal in Hebei province are relatively concentrated, mainly including traditional operas, traditional sports, entertainment and acrobatics, and traditional skills, and the proportion in the first batch of the list is 80%,which is far higher than the average of Hebei province. The influence of the Grand Canal on the cultural development of Hebei province is evident. The distribution of the number of intangible cultural heritage projects along the canal has obvious rules and is deeply influenced by geography. The Grand Canal,as a major transportation route, has a large flow of materials and a large concentration of people, resulting in an obvious advantage in the number of recreational intangible cultural heritage. In terms of spatial and temporal distribution, besides the influence of the Grand Canal,Beijing,as the political and economic center at that time, played a crucial role in the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage. The spatial distribution of different categories of items varies greatly, among which traditional operas are the most widely spread, while traditional martial arts, acrobatics and traditional skills are more concentrated. The results show that the development rate is closely related to the maturity of intangible cultural heritage. The social environment will have a certain impact on the evolution process of intangible cultural heritage. As for traditional dramas, those whose styles are constantly changing with the social environment are more vital. The intangible cultural heritage of traditional martial arts and acrobatics has a very long development process.Due to the accumulation of a long time and the need to form a certain scale, the distribution of such intangible cultural heritage is very concentrated from its origin to maturity. Some important historical events and the royal court will also have an impact on the formation and development of intangible cultural heritage.
