With the continuous development of wearable technology and the in-depth study of the mechanism of tactile perception,tactile sensation,as one of the main senses of the human body,has also received more and more attention.For the special population represented by the blind,tactile sense is one of their main sources of information;For entertainment industries such as games and movies,haptics can bring unprecedented experience;For the medical field,tactile sensation can assist people to better complete the operation.At present,tactile research is still in its infancy.On the one hand,it is because the human tactile perception is very complicated.The research on tactile needs to be explored by multiple disciplines at the same time.On the other hand,most of the existing haptic devices are designed for specific experiments,which have the disadvantages of large size and inconvenient to wear.The research results also mainly rely on human subjective perception.So far,there is no unified tactile evaluation criteria.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs and implements a prototype of a force tactile vest.This article first discusses the mechanism of tactile perception,analyzes the needs of the tactile vest,discusses the design of the overall structure of the tactile vest,and compares and selects the main devices involved.Subsequently,corresponding vibration haptic experiments were carried out.According to the experimental results,the selection of vibration parameters was discussed,and the vibration array of the haptic vest and the working mode of vibration modulo were designed.Then completed the hardware circuit design of the wireless communication,power management,vibration drive and other modules of the haptic vest.The use of FPC flexible board makes the tactile vest more comfortable to wear.Then based on the hardware circuit of the haptic device,the problems such as the drive design of the microcontroller,the drive design of the vibration expression module,and the configuration of the wireless communication module are solved.The graphic control interface of the vibrotactile vest is designed and implemented.Finally,this article carried out a number of tests including the communication test,control test,power management test,etc.on the prototype of the vibration haptic vest designed above.And conducted a number of tactile perception experiments.The experimental results show that the vibrotactile vest designed in this paper can accurately and effectively transmit tactile information to users,and can adjust the vibration parameters according to user needs,which lays the foundation for further in-depth tactile perception research.
