With the rapid development of the information,data transmission bandwidth and data storage capacity are increasing day by day.In order to meet the needs of large-capacity high-speed data analysis and processing,research on key technologies for high-speed data stream storage must be conducted.Based on the premise of high-speed data stream storage,this paper focuses on the key technical indicators of 40 Gbps high-speed data stream storage,completes the design and implementation of 40 Gbps high-speed data stream storage hardware circuits and digital logic systems,and provides a hardware platform and digital implementation scheme for high-speed data stream storage.The main content of the thesis is divided into three parts:Complete the hardware circuit design and implementation of high-speed data stream storage.First,the research status and application of high-speed data stream storage are analyzed,and the corresponding index requirements for the hardware circuit structure and performance are proposed.Then,according to the performance requirements of the hardware circuit,multiple circuit units are divided for analysis,and the core chip selection and overall structure design of the unit circuit are completed.Finally,the detailed circuit scheme of each circuit unit is designed,the overall power consumption,clock network distribution and circuit configuration are determined,and the circuit design is completed.Design and implementation of high-speed data stream storage digital logic system.First,from the four parts of data storage rate,format,cache area and controller,analyze the requirements for high-speed data stream storage on digital logic systems.Then based on the analysis results,a general block diagram of digital logic design is given,and the design scheme and implementation method of the main digital logic modules are explained in detail.Finally,the resource consumption of the entire high-speed data storage digital logic system is analyzed.Design and implementation of high-speed data stream storage digital logic system.First,from the four parts of data storage rate,format,cache area and controller,analyze the requirements for high-speed data stream storage on digital logic systems.Then based on the analysis results,a general block diagram of digital logic design is given,and the design scheme and implementation method of the main digital logic modules are explained in detail.Finally,the resource consumption of the entire high-speed data storage digital logic system is analyzed.This paper designs and implements a high-speed data stream storage hardware circuit and digital logic system.The circuit can support two PCIe x4 upstream interfaces and four solid-state hard disk interfaces,and the storage rate is not less than 40 Gbps.It meets the practical application requirements of high-bandwidth and large-data-volume data storage,and has reference significance for the hardware platform and digital logic system design of high-speed data stream storage.
