There are many shortcomings in the feedback process of after-sales quality of products in Waaxle Group,such as the paper registration of customer feedback data,the problem of manual statistical product quality,which results in the unreasonable preservation of a large number of after-sales data,and the data are mostly unformatted data and a large amount of data,which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources in the process.In the current information society,the original product quality feedback mechanism of Waaxle Group can no longer meet the new requirements of customers for enterprises.Therefore,with the help of advanced information technology and product after-sales management thinking,the product after-sales quality feedback and data analysis system is proposed.Firstly,this paper studies the development technology of information system,using B/S architecture,J2 EE platform,Mybatis framework,Spring MVC framework and other technologies to achieve after-sales quality management,improved management,visual management and other functional modules.Realize the information processing of after-sale failure list,claim management and complaint processing.The text feature extraction technology and data mining technology are studied.The collected data are filtered.The feature information of non-formatted text data such as quality feedback,complaints and complaints is extracted by text feature extraction technology.All data are selected and processed by data mining algorithm to obtain the information of failure rate analysis and PPM transitional map analysis in each stage.It realizes the functions of after-sales quality statistical analysis,management KPI monthly evaluation,process capability evaluation,quality monitoring,plan monitoring and so on.The application of the system can realize the unified analysis,classification and processing of after-sales quality information,feedback and data analysis collected in the data warehouse,and obtain favorable data for the Business Development of the Bus Shaft Group.The existing research results can be checked with the help of real customer relationship management.By applying data mining technology and text feature extraction technology,it can effectively feedback product after-sales quality and provide data analysis function,which is conducive to solving the current problems better.
