Scientific and technological evaluation is an indispensable part of scientific communictaion.Its results are not only related to the direct interests of individuals,but also indirectly affect the reputational attribution of indirect stakeholders such as publishing periodicals and issuing organizations.With the change of the scientific communication environment,the Altmetrics evaluation came into being in 2010.However,there are still many shortcomings in the evaluation methods,tools and data sources of Altmetrics evaluation research in Chinese academic achievements.Therefore,identifying the stakeholder needs of the Altmetrics evaluation of Chinese academic achievement and exploring the degree of achievement of their needs not only helps to create a new scientific and technological evaluation system,but also is of great significance for improving China's network data infrastructure and protecting national information security.This research is aimed at university researchers,firstly,identifying the initial needs of stakeholders in the Altmetrics evaluation of Chinese academic results through the interview method,and then combined with the literature data to design a questionnaire about the personnel needs of the Altmetrics evaluation of Chinese academic results of the university scientific researchers,using questionnaires to collect the Altmetrics evaluation needs of the University scientific researchers,and using SPSS tools and the matter-element theory and correlation function in the extenics method to analyze the sample data.On the basis of constructing the Altmetrics evaluation index system of university scientific researchers,calculaing the needs achevement of the university scientific researchers in the Altmetrics evaluation of Chinese academic results.Based on the above process,the research has the following results:(1)Identifying the needs characteristics of university scientific researchers in the evaluation of Chinese academic achievements.The research function of Altmetrics evaluation needs mainly include: research evaluation,achievement display,needs discovery,academic recognition,communication and communication,results operation,and subject development.When selecting academic information acquisition channels,researchers of different identities,in addition to professional academic website forums,mostly prefer the teachers/classmates around them in the principle of labor saving.This phenomenon is more obvious in the master's degree,with academic literacy.The improvement of information channels is more independent,scientific and diverse.In addition to textual information,researchers in different disciplines have different uses in the form of academic information.For example,"pictures" are used in humanities such as education and history.Many,"software code,data set" and so on account for a large proportion of science majors.(2)Revealing the difference in the functional needs of the Altmetrics evaluation of university scientific researchers who are in different types.There is no difference in the needs of the seven evaluation functions of “research evaluation”,“achievement display”“needs discovery”“academic recognition”“communication and communication”,“results operation”,and “subject development”;The research evaluation has different functional requirements,among which the “51-60 years old” group is significantly lower than the “30 years old and below group,the 31-40 year old group and the 41-50 year old group”;the research personnel of different disciplines in the university are “research evaluation”.There is a difference in the degree of demand for “results display”,“demand discovery”,“academic recognition”,“results operation” and “discipline development”.The “humanities” category is significantly lower than the “natural science” and “social science” categories.There is no difference in the level of “communication and communication”.(3)Constructing a calculation model for the needs achievement of the university scientific researchers in the Altmetrics evaluation of Chinese academic achievementBy calculating the scores of each Altmetrics evaluation needs,it is found that the indicators with better support among the seven evaluation functions are: applying for scientific research awards,authoritative experts or institutional recommendations,finding the latest research hotspots,gaining a sense of accomplishment,sharing academic research,and practicing.The effect and dissemination of the knowledge of the subject,and the index of the decomposition of the needs indicators of the seven evaluation functions are effective;There are significant differences in the degree of achievement of evaluation of university researchers in Chinese academic achievementAltmetrics.This study studies the functional of Altmetrics evaluation needs in Chinese academic achievement from the perspective of stakeholder needs,and uses the extenics method to construct the calculation model of needs achievements.However,due to the limitation of individual ability and energy,the sample selection is relatively simple,and the universality of the conclusion needs to be further tested.The validity of the model needs to be further proved by other fields.
