Research On Intelligent Transformation Of The Bank Of Communications Under The Background Of Financial Technology

With the development and application of a new generation information technology,such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the deepening integration of finance and technology has opened up the era of financial and technology--Fintech era,which undoubtedly brings new challenges and opportunities to the traditional financial industry.Under the new normal economic situation,the overall economic growth of the country has receded and entered a period of reform and structural adjustment,while the reform of interest rate marketization has been deepening,so the transformation and upgrading of traditional commercial banks is imminent.The traditional commercial banks will bid farewell to the past era of "no worries".Although in the short term,the development of financial and technology can't shake the mainstay status of commercial banks in the financial market,it directly affects the traditional payment,settlement,financial management and other business of commercial banks,and forces banks to constantly adjust business management,service and profit models.What is called,change carries development and permanence follows development.Facing increasingly severe challenges,major domestic commercial banks seize opportunities in time and use financial science and technology as a "booster" to promote intelligent transformation in order to achieve long-term development.Based on the above background,this paper studies the intelligent transformation of Bank of Communications under the background of financial and technology.Firstly,it elaborates the impact of financial technology on commercial banks from five aspects: business management model,marketing model,profit model,etc.;Secondly,it introduces the process of intelligent transformation of Bank of Communications and expounds its achievements and shortages.Thirdly,it uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of intelligent transformation of Bank of Communications;In the final part,the paper puts forward some strategies to promote the intelligent transformation of banks,which mainly includes: optimizing the organizational structure and reconstructing the business process;strengthening the creative ability and seizing the first-mover advantages;increasing technology investment and reconstructing the IT system to a more efficient level;building effective teams and enhancing the competitiveness;following customer demands and carrying out accurate marketing with intelligent systems;developing intelligent financial services and designing proper financial products for certain scenarios;strengthening cooperation with financial science and technology enterprises and jointly building a financial ecosystem;promoting intelligent financial instruments and improving business performance.
