The Research On The Development Of Public Travel Service System For Hunan High-speed Traffic Radio Station

With the flourishing of expressways,the demand for informatization in public travel is getting increasingly higher while the contradiction between the existing travel services and the people's ever-growing needs for travel becomes more and more prominent,especially in occurrences of sudden emergencies.Therefore,it is vital that timely and accurate information consultant services be provided to travelers on Hunan expressways.As the platform for offering travel information s ervices,high-speed traffic radio stations are faced with the diversified needs of the travel public.How to improve their efficiency and standard of public travel information services is a crucial question for the development of high-speed traffic radio stations.This paper conducts an in-depth research on the design of the public travel service system of Hunan High-Speed Traffic Radio Station(HHSTRS).The research content and methodology are identified through application of theories in project management and information-based management on the basis of a large number of literatures and related materials.Integrating the actual situation of HHSTRS with the current situation of the development of informatization of public travel services at home and abroad,it analyzes the travel demand of the public,the platform service demands of the transportation industry,the management system and related user system.Taking into considerations the improvement of overall operation,service and informatization levels for HHSTRS,it designs a system for HHSTRS public travel service,and clarifies the overall framework,construction objectives and functional design of the system.To ensure the smooth implementation of the system,this paper further proposes an implementat ion plan with organizational guarantee and managerial guarantee,as well as the procedures for implementing methods,acceptance inspection and routine maintenance.This paper endeavors to establish a comprehensive information platform for travel services and guide the public to utilizing its information services in their daily travel through applying scientific and effective management theories and methods,so as to improve the running efficiency and service standard of Hunan's expressway system.Also,it is expected that this research would furnish similar expressway radio stations with reliable reference and enlightenment.
