Research On Financing Problems And Countermeasures Of Private Publishing Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up,China's private publishing industry has achieved rapid development.Not only the number of private publishing enterprises is increasing,but also a number of private publishing companies with strong development momentum and high market brand value.It can be said that private publishing enterprises have made important contributions to China becoming a global "publishing power" and have become an indispensable part of China's publishing industry.Although the Chinese government continues to issue relevant policies to support private publishing enterprises to solve the problem of development funds,at the present stage,private publishing enterprises in China rely more on the market to obtain operating capital.In the face of the increasingly standardized capital market,financing is an urgent problem for private publishing enterprises.How to optimize their own financing behavior,change the inherent way of financing,and formulate a reasonable financing strategy is the current private publishing enterprises need to think about the direction.This paper first introduces the research background and value of the paper,then on the basis of sorting out domestic and foreign research literature,the publishing industry financing related theories and research results are summarized and summarized;Second simply reviews the development of private publishing enterprises financing,and from policy environment,economic environment,industry development and their own point of view of private publishing industry analyzes the internal and external environment of private publishing industry finance;once again,this article selects representative in terms of financing behavior of the Thinkdom as a case study object,based on the knowledge of enterprise life cycle theory and capital cost theory,different growth stages to explore the Thinkdom financing behavior and strategy,it is concluded that the phase using the financing way of cause and effect;Finally,based on the success of financing in each stage of the Thinkdom,this paper proposes financing Suggestions for private publishing enterprises from three different levels,and draws a conclusion that financing diversification should consider the external environment and its own needs.Through the comprehensive analysis of the new classic financing problems,this paper obtains a set of financing strategies suitable for private publishing enterprises.
