With the increasingly fierce competition in the pharmaceutical market,enterprises are looking for more flexible and lower-cost strategic management,gradually remove the traditional rigid and slow operation,and constantly strengthen the competitive advantage within the company,in order to seek more development space and market opportunities for the company.Under the influence of today's economic and trade globalization,the optimal management model most respected by domestic and foreign enterprises should belong to lean thought theory.The core of lean thinking is to eliminate all ineffective labor and waste,and to gain as much value as possible with less and less input.The thesis is based on the existing RFID(radio frequency identification devices,RFID)Technology,combined with the specific situation and problems of Company A,apply the idea of lean management,with the help of RFID technology,reconstruct the medical reagent management system of Company A,make the medical reagent management become intelligent,data and high efficiency,so as to effectively reduce the burden of management and improve the efficiency of reagent supply chain management in Company A.This paper combines theoretical technology with practical problems,and applies lean management ideas and RFID medical reagent management system to practical life.By means of descriptive research,we first analyze the current medical reagent management problems of Company A,and then set them up according to the actual situation of Company A Finally,according to the actual changes in the medical reagent supply chain(warehousing,purchasing,supply)of Company A,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of F-AHP is constructed by using the data analysis method to judge whether the lean tube idea and RFID management system are applicable to the medical reagent management of Company A,so as to fundamentally solve the confusion of reagent management in Company A.The innovation of this paper has three points: one is to bring the lean management idea and RFID technology into the circulation of goods,to change the traditional medical reagent supply chain mode and management method;the other is to solve the problem of the actual medical reagent supply chain management of Company A,combine the actual operation data of Company A to construct a new management system,and build a more adaptable and reliable information medical reagent management system to deal with the sudden problems in the future;the thirdis to apply the hierarchical analysis method to the post-project evaluation,to determine and calculate the weight at all levels,and construct the F-AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to Company A Build the supply chain system for comprehensive evaluation,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the reformed medical reagent management system,and provide theoretical guidance for improving the efficiency of the management of company A,the current situation of warehousing operation and the mode of cooperation between suppliers.
