With the development of Internet transactions,international logistics and cross-border payment,China's cross-border trade behavior has changed from the traditional high-volume transaction,large transaction amount and long transaction cycle to the trade pattern characterized by miniaturization of trade subjects,order sizing,transaction fragmentation,high transaction frequency and short transaction cycle.In recent years,more traditional foreign trade enterprises and individual cross-border merchants have transferred their business battlefield to the cross-border e-commerce export market.The booming cross-border export platform has brought an unprecedented wave of development opportunities for small and micro businesses(small and micro businesses and individual businesses)that did not have export qualifications.Cross-border electrical contractor in the present domestic business under the background of vigorous development,many rely on cross-border electric business platform development of small micro merchants dissatisfaction with cross-border electric business platform are growing,such as platform positioning is not clear,single function,backward operation management mode,platform supporting such problems as incomplete management services,restricting the development of business merchants in the practical operation,and even some platform appeared more severe merchants erosion phenomenon.This paper takes XP,the leading cross-border e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia,as the research object,to deeply explore the loyalty problems faced by merchants after entering the domestic market.Through field visits and questionnaire surveys,we can understand the situation of the platform's expansion and loss of merchants in the Chinese market.Based on the researches of the customerrelationship,using SPSS software for statistical analysis of the questionnaire to collect data back based on the analysis results for XP cross-border electric business platform is put forward to enhance the hard and soft power,adjust the platform layout,strengthen the communication merchants promote merchants such as loyalty strategy advice,help platform to strengthen the merchants on the viscosity of the platform,complete business merchants precipitation,make XP cross-border electric business platform and businesses to achieve a win-win situation.
