Compared with the traditional mode of foreign trade,cross-border e-commerce has great development potential under the existing economic conditions.With the improvement of national e-commerce operation environment and the introduction of relevant supporting policies,it provides greater opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce.In modern e-commerce activities,the complete purchasing behavior of users is a typical set of customer behavior data.Through the analysis of user behavior in e-commerce activities,it has the most significant practical significance and value for businesses to understand customer behavior and improve sales effect iveness.If further combined with large data technology,many new opportunities can be excavated.Based on the existing research,this paper makes a deep exploration of cross-border e-commerce platform funds.By analyzing the characteristics of the existing e-commerce platform and the user behavior analysis technology,and combining with the cross-border e-commerce service platform project,the system carries out the application practice and exploration of Google Tag Manager(GTM)in enhancing the e-commerce website.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Combining with the project of cross-border e-commerce service platform,the technology framework of cross-border e-commerce service platform is improved by using Google Tag Manager(GTM).Through GTM,GA analysis can be embedded into the platform code to realize the analysis of customer behavior data,so that all standards can be optimized content can be centrally reflected in the added e-commerce data,and enhance the user shopping line in the e-commerce platform.For the sake of transparency,let the merchants have a better understanding of customer behavior,and help the merchants to further optimize and improve their marketing strategies.(2)In view of the problem that traditional analysis technology can not subdivide user groups and the incomplete statistical analysis of data,this paper uses Google Analytics technology to mine and analyze the user's shopping behavior trajectory.Therefore,the product name is set as a custom dimension,and the number of actions such as browsing commodities,adding shopping carts,entering payment process,order conversion and order value are set.Set it as a self-defined index,so as to realize the subdivision of user groups and the comprehensive analysis of user behavior data.(3)Through GTM and GA analysis technology,the architecture and design of enhanced e-commerce service platform are completed,and the whole industry chain of e-commerce is online.Explore the business model transformation and upgrading mode of foreign trade enterprises which integrate international business,finance and Internet technology.
