When designing a controller,people usually first consider the possible failure of the system.This method can make the system reliable and meet certain performance indicators.However,due to the unknown nature of the failure,there may be too many factors considered before design,which increases the conservativeness of the system.Such a design composition also causes a significant increase in design costs.In fact,in the actual application process,the design method of such a reliable controller can fully meet all the conditions required by the system.However,if there is no problem with the system under normal conditions and no external interference,then some hardware resources placed on the system during design may not be used,resulting in waste of resources and part of the system's performance consumption will be invalidated.Waste,but also does not meet the realistic concept of energy saving.In order to avoid the above situation,the concept of hardware redundancy has been gradually introduced,and it has taken measures to increase the number of failed components to improve reliability.In actual production applications,when people choose to use hardware redundancy to improve the reliability of the system,they often need to practice repeatedly when dealing with issues such as the number of hardware and sequencing to sum up the experience.Due to some uncertain factors such as external interference,So repeated practice may lead to uncertain conclusions.Therefore,this article will study the impact of faulty components on the system so that signal deviations in normal system components do not affect their performance.The maximum extent that the actuator is affected without being damaged is called the tolerance interval.The gain interval algorithm is obtained by adding the gain deviation to each channel of the actuator and observing the fluctuation range of the gain signal of each channel.If the gain signal fluctuates within the tolerance interval,the system performance is stable;if it exceeds the tolerance interval,the system performance is destroyed.By studying the tolerance intervals of each channel of the actuator,not only can the system be damaged,and the uncertain conclusions of the redundant hardware mode and the tedious operation are repeatedly practiced.It also reduces the energy waste of designing a reliable controller and helps designers use it.The tolerance interval algorithm guarantees the stability of the actuator,improves the reliability of the actuator,saves the design resource cost and reduces unnecessary waste.The first chapter of this paper is a brief overview of the research on the concept of regional pole placement and the form of output feedback and the tolerance interval of linear systems.The second chapter writes out the concepts,lemmas and symbols involved in the text.In Chapter 3,for linear systems,the gain deviation is added.Based on the state feedback closed-loop pole distribution in the trapezoidal region,the algorithm of the tolerance interval of different channels of the actuator is analyzed.Based on the single gain deviation model and LMI,the sufficient and necessary conditions of the tolerance zone of the actuator under the trapezoidal pole constraint are analyzed,and the algorithm of the tolerance zone of each channel is given.Chapter 4 adds gain deviation to the linear system.Based on the distribution of the static output feedback closed-loop poles under trapezoidal constraints,LMI is used to analyze the necessary and sufficient conditions for the tolerance interval of the actuator,and an algorithm for the tolerance interval is given.In Chapter 5,for the linear stationary system,the tolerance interval of a channel is defined by the_?norm,and a suboptimal controller capable of achieving the_?performance index is designed.The concept and algorithm of tolerance interval is an important content of this paper.The results are validated by Matlab numerical simulation.Then the value and process of the study are summarized and analyzed at the end of the article,and the corresponding laws of universality are obtained.
