Reliability Modeling And Evaluation For C~4ISR System Based On GO Methodology

Goal Oriented(GO)methodology is a success-oriented system reliability analysis method.And this methodology is suitable for the reliability design and complex electronic information systems research.GO methodology can directly transfer the structure diagram or schematic diagram of the system into GO diagram model according to certain rules.Compared with other reliability analysis methods,the GO method has the advantages of simple operation,clear structure,easy calculation and accurate results.C~4ISR System is an integrated control system formed by the comprehensive integration of Intelligence Reconnaissance and Surveillance,Command and Control,Communication support systems and so on.Due to the importance of the C~4ISR System in the battlefield,the high reliability of this system has always been the focus of research.Combining the structure,task and function of the system,this paper analyzes and evaluates C~4ISR system.Also,this paper uses the reliability data and parameters to establish the reliability model.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)Analyze the structure of C~4ISR system to get the structure schematic diagram.According to the rules of the GO method,the structural schematic diagram is transformed into a GO diagram model to obtain the reliability model of the C~4ISR system,and then get quantitative and qualitative analysis the system.(2)Perform data processing on the MTBF of the system unit in the C~4ISR system to obtain the point estimation value of the failure rate of the system unit,and according to the steps of GO method for system average life assessment,reliability assessment and availability assessment,the average life estimation value and the lower confidence limit of reliability and the lower confidence limit of availability assessment of C~4ISR system are calculated respectively.(3)According to the process and steps of reliability modeling and evaluation of C~4ISR System in this paper,the method is transformed into software to simulate the algorithm,which provides a tool for complex electronic information system.
