The combination of 5G and "cloud" enables people to see the possibility of creating an intelligent world of interconnection of all things,which requires the current communication system to guarantee mass data communication with faster speed,lower delay,higher reliability at the same time.Although 5G network has begun to operate in the global scope,and its performance has been greatly improved,the spectrum resources of the communication system are still increasingly scarce.Since the introduction of orbital angular momentum(OAM)into the microwave field,it has attracted much attention because it can increase the channel capacity of communication system in a new dimension.Therefore,the study of orbital angular momentum has become a hot topic in recent years.Combined with the characteristics of the current communication system,this paper uses the form of micro integrated circuit with high integration,which is suitable for modular "integrated" design,to carry out the research of the uniform circular array antenna with orbital angular momentum on Ka band.In this paper,we study the vertical interconnection structure between different circuit layers,microstrip / stripline T-shaped power division,microstrip patch antenna,array antenna and the feed network of the array,and realize the integrated design of array antenna and feed network from the perspective of simulation.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,the research background and significance of this subject are introduced,and the research status of the uniform circular array antenna with orbital angular momentum at home and abroad is summarized.Secondly,some concepts of micro integrated circuit and several transmission lines commonly used in micro integrated circuit are introduced.Based on thse transmission line theory,the vertical transition section and T-branch line in multi-layer circuit are designed and simulated.Then,the theory of orbit angular momentum is explained,and the condition formula of orbit angular momentum produced by uniform circular array is deduced.At the same time,we simulate 3 kinds of polarized patch antennas,and combine them with 2 kinds of uniform circular array.We study and summarize some rules of these 6 kinds of uniform circular array antennas in the production of OAM.Finally,the design of the feed network of the continuous rotating uniform circular array antenna is completed.Because the feed network based on microstrip T-shaped power division can not meet the needs of the project,we propose a novel power distribution network based on cavity coupling.The new power division network has the characteristics of wide bandwidth,small size and low loss,so we have processed and manufactured it.In order to verify the feasibility of the integrated scheme of the antenna and its feed network,the whole model of the antenna and the feed network is simulated and verified.The results show that the scheme is feasible.
