Ultra-wideband high-speed data acquisition has important applications in many fields such as communications,radar,and test instruments,but the system bandwidth and sampling rate are limited by devices such as amplifiers and analog-to-digital converters.Breaking the bandwidth and sampling rate indicators has become an urgent problem to be solved..The DBI technology proposed in recent years can simultaneously increase the bandwidth and sampling rate,break through the limitations of the sampling rate and bandwidth of single-chip ADCs and single input channels,and is gradually occupying a place in broadband high-speed data acquisition systems.Time interleaved parallel sampling can increase the sampling rate,but cannot increase the input bandwidth.Digital bandwidth interleaved parallel sampling can break through the device's limitations on bandwidth and sampling rate,but multiple errors between each subband will reduce the sampling performance,and the increase in the number of subbands will increase the difficulty of error calibration.To achieve a very high sampling rate without increasing the number of subbands,two parallel sampling techniques need to be combined.Under the current device conditions,there is still a big gap between the high-speed data acquisition achieved in China and abroad.The technical means are also based on the research of TIADC,which fails to break through the limitations of sampling rate and bandwidth at the same time.At present,there are still relatively few theoretical research results on the DBI structure itself,and the research on the error correction method of the DBI structure is also progressing slowly.Therefore,under the current limited chip resources,the data acquisition system developed by DBI technology can meet the urgent needs of domestic high-bandwidth data acquisition systems,and has far-reaching research significance for the development of China's electronic systems.This paper is based on the ultra-high-speed acquisition system of DBI-TIADC mixed structure,and researches and implements the key digital signal processing modules.The main research contents of this design include:1.Introduce the DBI-TIADC mixed structure acquisition system,and give the overall implementation plan and the data processing module implementation plan.2.Research on digital up-conversion technology,select the mixing mode and numerically controlled oscillator according to the situation of this system,and complete the FPGA implementation of two parallel digital up-conversion.3.Study the basic principle of FIR digital filter,analyze several common implementation structures,and complete the FPGA implementation of two parallel FIR filters.4.Study the basic principle of IIR digital filter,analyze several common implementation structures,complete the FPGA implementation of IIR filter,and improve its speed.Through the research and design of the above content,it has laid a solid foundation for the ultra-high-speed acquisition system that finally realizes the DBI-TIADC hybrid structure.
