With the advent of the Internet of things era,Microwave communication service is increasing day by day and the demand for large capacity communication is increasing.The wide application of communication terminals makes the spectrum resources become increasingly tight and restricts the development of the communication industry.The future will be the era when multiple communication systems and communication standards are mutually compatible.The communication equipment of traditional fixed working frequency band cannot adapt to the trend of communication development,and the research on RF power amplifier that can adapt to multiple standards and modes has become the focus,It has profound significance and application value.In order to solve the problem of complicated calculation and narrow solution space in the design of dual-band impedance converter,a novel dual-band impedance converter is proposed.The dual-band impedance converter adopts T and(47)structure,and through theoretical derivation and simulation optimization,The dual-band impedance converter can transform any two different complex impedances at any two frequencies to the terminal real impedance.A dual-band bias circuit is used to realize the choke at two operating frequencies.Finally,a dual-band RF power amplifier that can be used in both TD-LTE and GSM networks is designed.The test results show that:at 945 MHz and 2600 MHz frequency bands,the saturated output power is 39.5dBm and 40.05 dBm,the maximum output additional efficiency PAE is 48.81% and 54.09%,and the standing wave coefficients of input and output are all less than 2.The dual-band impedance converter has the characteristics of simple solution process and large solution space.In the face of various technical requirements,the power amplifier further to the intelligent,multi-functional direction of development.In this paper,a new kind of reconfigurable power amplifier is presented,which reduces the complexity of reconfigurable power amplifier design and the number of reconfigurable devices by combining reconfigurable input matching with concurrent dual-band output matching network.The PIN switch based on microstrip structure was used to design the reconfigurable matching circuit,which realized the high efficiency of the amplifier and designed a reconfigurable RF power amplifier.The test results show that:at 945 MHz and 2600 MHz working frequency bands,the saturated output power is about 40 dBm,PAE is 48.72% and 55.32% respectively,the gain flatness is good,and the amplifier can realize the "reconfigurable" characteristics,It has the advantages of high degree of freedom and flexible switching of working mode.The paper has 66 figures,9 tables and 75 references.
