Temperature is a very important measurement parameter for all aspects of our lives.Temperature sensors are used in a wide range of areas of our lives,such as medical,mili-tary,aerospace and meteorological observations and other fields.The price of Pharmacy is very expensive.Once the reaction fails,it will cause huge losses and irreparable con-sequences.Therefore,the temperature sensors used in the monitoring of dye chemical reactions require very strict accuracy of the system.The traditional wired tempera-ture sensor has poor real-time performance and accuracy,limited transmission distance and inconvenient movement.The existing wireless temperature sensors on the market,although it has no wiring troubles compared to the wired temperature sensor,whose transmission distance is short and power consumption is high.Consequently,the exist-ing wireless temperature sensors are not suitable for industrial production applications.We design a scheme of wireless temperature monitoring system with high preci-sion,low power consumption and remote transmission.The scheme is divided into tem-perature collection terminal and equipment management software platform.The tem-perature collection terminal includes temperature sensor,A/D modulus,main control chip,wireless transmission module,buzzer and RS485 serial port module.The device management software platform includes factory calibration module,user-defined work-ing parameters module and data visualization module.We also state the key technology and working principle steps of the temperature acquisition terminal,and introduce the related design technology and functions of the equipment management software plat-form,and the technology of interacting with the database.We introduce the functional test and the experiments of the temperature acquisition terminal and the equipment management software platform in detail.The experiments of the temperature acquisition terminal show the verification method and the final re-sult of each module.Each module of the equipment management software platform is tested,and the possible abnormal situation is simulated.The detailed test scheme is introduced,and the test results are given.The experiment proves that the temperature measurement precision is higher than 0.04?,the consumed current of the temperature acquisition terminal is not more than 700?A in normal operation,and the consumed current of the temperature acquisition terminal is not more than 12?A in dormant state,which fully meets the technical specifications of this design with low power consump-tion and high precision.The whole system is stable and the functions of all parts are normal.
