In the era of mobile Internet,information dissemination has made a new leap in speed and breadth.The information and rumor spreading process that is not restricted by time and space often becomes more complicated and unpredictable.When some nodes in the network receive the rumors,they will choose to "Circusee" in the state of stopping the propagation;in the process of spreading the rumors on the network could be altered by some people and the uncertain information content could be enlarged.Someone will add their own distorted understanding or deliberate misinterpretation.In this dissertation,the above two phenomena are summarized as propagation stagnation and information variability.This paper proposes a one rumor diffusion model based on variation and silence phenomenon and a multi-layer coupling network propagation model based on information diffusion and bounded confidence.In the first stage,the paper integrates the stagnation of rumors in network circulation and the impact of information variability on the whole communication system.Based on the classic SIR rumor propagation model,ISOVR model is proposed with the new role concept of mutator and silencer.The average field equation is used to express the propagation of the model in the network,and the stability of the new model is verified by mathematical methods.And the threshold of the rumor propagation is analyzed.And the writer uses the Monte Carlo method to simulate the simulation.Simulation experiments show that the increase of the immunization rate and the silence rate of the mutated population in the network can effectively reduce the rate of rumor propagation,whether in the small world network or the scale-free network environment,thereby increasing the spread of the truth in the whole population.rate.The results of the simulation experiments also show that increasing the silence rate of the mutant can reduce the spread of rumors more quickly than the immunization rate.At the same time,the interesting finding is that a higher rumor infection rate can bring more rumors,but not always maintain a big amount of mutators,but will reduce variation of rumors.The more common communicators in the social network,the more consistent the version and content of the information disseminated,the more fully the individual information is,the faster the number of rumors spread,and the less likely it is to spread rumors.The government needs to guide the public to the truth.In the second stage,this paper considers the environmental impact of social networks,expands the propaganda background of rumors to the coupling network of the online cyber layer,intermediate transition layer and offline entity layer,and proposes a multi-layer coupling network based on information diffusion and bounded confidence.The communication model explains the multi-role and multi-faceted aspects of the multi-faceted role in the complex network.At the micro level,this paper explores the interaction of rumors between individuals.Each node has its own heterogeneous features to express individual influence,and different roles have their own attribute influence.The amended linear threshold model is used to express the activation and extinction mechanism of rumor diffusion.The cumulative number of active rumors around the node is used to describe the law of network rumor diffusion.When the number of rumor carriers around the ignorant reaches the rouse threshold,he will become a rumor carrier.At the same time,based on the J-A bounded confidence mechanism,the role state of the node is combined with the opinion value.The spreader,the variation and the oyster have their own opinion intervals,and the interaction changes between the nodes are used to describe the mutation and the silence phenomenon.The interaction of individuals plays a corresponding role in the process of the spread of rumors depending on the difference of the opinion values.Simulation experiments show that,without considering other objective and subjective factors,the offline probability of individuals in the online cyber layer may make some nodes to not participate in rumor propagation,so the number and spreaders of rumors in the online cyber layer is often smaller than the offline entity layer.The extent and scope of the variation's diffusion in the network is more dependent on the trust value of the node itself.Reducing the trust value of the node will significantly reduce the rate and peak of the variation.What's more,Changing the silence coefficient of the variation does not effectively change the direction of the rumor spread.Also,it can have strong contagious ability after being the rumor variant.Therefore,the alert to the real life is that,it is necessary to improve the self-cultivation quality of the whole people in daily life.Critically accept the behaviors about hearsay and unconfirmed rumors and communication on the web and avoid being tempted by multiple versions of rumor information to make the wrong choice,to let the relevant departments of the public opinion control the information of the rumors when they are rumored.Effective early announcements about the truth will kill rumors in the cradle and prevent further variability and distortion.
