The cold and hot degree of the object is mainly measured by the temperature.In the process of scientific progress,a lot of equipment to measure the temperature of the object is also developed.The uncooled infrared thermal imager is the most widely used one.Uncooled infrared imager is a fast measurement and non-contact temperature measurement method,and its cost is very low.It has been widely applied in all walks of life.However,the traditional infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement system is expensive,large and inconvenient to carry,and the user is not easy to use.Therefore,this paper uses the technology of intelligent and microminiaturization,and combines the traditional mobile intelligent equipment with the embedded technology,and develops a three-dimensional reconstruction application system with fast speed,convenient carrying and superior performance.Android operating system is the mainstream of the intelligent operating system,because of its open source characteristics and much attention,many users will be modified to meet their needs in the Android operating system to meet their needs,and its resource sharing mode has greatly reduced the cost,and expanded the use of the system of the market.With the development of infrared thermal imager three-dimensional reconstruction technology and Android mobile smart phone technology,it will be of practical value and practical significance to develop an infrared thermal imaging three-dimensional reconstruction application system based on Android operating system.This paper mainly introduces the uncooled infrared thermal imaging three-dimensional reconstruction application system,combines the Android operating system smart phone with the infrared thermal imaging detector component,builds the Eclipse development environment and develops an infrared thermal imaging three-dimensional reconstruction temperature measurement application system based on the Android system.And according to the use of infrared thermal imaging three-dimensional reconstruction temperature measurement application system,the night vision mode and pseudo color mode are designed.Finally,the picture preservation function and the parameter adjustment function are added,which can meet the needs of more users.This paper focuses on the influence factors of temperature in the infrared thermal imaging three-dimensional reconstruction application system.In the case of the target object's emittance,an improved spectral method is designed to measure the emissivity of the different position of the object surface,and the effect of emissivity on temperature measurement can be verified correctly.At the same time,the research on the influence of infrared thermal imaging three-dimensional reconstruction temperature measurement application system is carried out,and the two directions of detection distance and detection angle are tested respectively,and the specific research conclusions are obtained.In this paper,a smart phone infrared imaging three-dimensional reconstruction temperature measurement application system based on Android operating system is implemented.The system has high accuracy,low cost and easy to carry.In order to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement,the infrared thermometer system of the Android mobile phone will take three different methods of temperature measurement to ensure the accuracy of the temperature of the target object.This paper studies the angle factor,detection distance and emissivity measurement method,which will be of practical significance and practical value for the infrared imaging three-dimensional reconstruction temperature measurement application system based on Android system.
