This research was conducted to give an overview about Fintech industry product,particularly E-wallet.In Cambodia,E-wallet is quite a new concept and knowledge to Cambodians but is also a booming product in this era.People are now adapting to this change as everyone is seeing the convenience and the benefit of using E-wallet to make cash-related transactions alternative to physical wallet that is pretty traditional.As long as people have smartphones and Internet,they no longer need to carry cash around,go to the bank to perform transfers or withdrawals.Online purchasing or payment also has become more efficiently quicker.This new innovation of financial technology has impacted normal people's lives completely.However,there are less studies and researches in identifying what the factors are to push one individual to switch from cash to electronic cash on such a short term in regards of security,benefit,convenience etc.Therefore,this study was conducted in search to understand what the important factors were that contribute to their decision of usage of such technology.This study employed mainly UTUAT where independent variables importantly are Perceived Ease of Use,Perceived Usefulness,Facilitating Condition and extra two more variables that include Privacy and Security as well as Social Influence.The main aim of this research was to prove that stated constructs include Perceived Ease of Use,Perceived Usefulness,Privacy and Security,Social Influence,Facilitating Condition and Behavioral Intention truly have influence towards the Use of Technology of the consumers.SPSS was used to test Descriptive analysis,Factor Analysis and Reliability Test,Correlation Matrix,Linear Regression and Automatic Linear Model.
