Design And Implementation Of The Company's Financial Asset Management System

The penetration rate of financial system is very high,traditionally the financial system uses C/S architecture.But the traditional system is mainly based on C/S,but with the development of the Internet,the shortcomings of C/S system are highlighted,at the same time,the financial system can only run within the enterprise local area network(LAN),although this approach greatly ensures that the security of the data is stored,but with the improvement of informational level,the original business is not limited in this sector,the existing financial system is difficult to meet the needs of daily financial management in company,so based on the company web users are difficult to interview internal financial management system.That lack is increasing.In order to solve the financial management personnel's working pressure,making the work of other department personnel can participate in the system to complete the corresponding business activities,the paper changes the traditional pattern of C/S framework,puts forward more advanced financial management system based on B/S mode.The paper has designed and developed a set of information management system for Company D on the base of its daily financial management operation mechanism and practical application for financial management This system will help users improve their management levels and reduce financial management cost.This article mainly has explained as follows:Firstly,during the design and developing process as for this system,developing background of this project and current researches both home and abroad were analyzed,from which it was found that it was feasible and essential to develop such assets management system.Secondly,effectiveness analysis was done to relevant technologies for system development.We have made effective discussion and exploration for the evolution process of software structure and determined that SOA architecture technology would be adopted.Thirdly,in the meanwhile,a comprehensive demand analysis was made through questionnaires and interview so that functional modules of this system were specified.This assets management system consists of six modules of voucher management,cashier management,books and statements management,basic information management,salary management,and system management.After system demands were determined,detailed design and development were completed for this system.Fourthly,In terms of system design,we used UML standardized modeling language with the adopting of user case and class diagram for modeling,and flow chart and sequence diagram for specific design.Fifthly,we mainly used J2EE development platform together with popular development framework of Spring+Structs2+Hibemate.In addition,MySQL was utilized for database,which could offer sound data service for system developed by Java.This system has passed system tests and been put into practice.It has the following features of individualized operation,simple maintenance and good stability,etc,which then have further implications for development of similar systems.
