With the rapid development of Internet technology and the soaring of mobile users,the rise of mobile video clips platforms has become the main front for spreading network public opinion after Weibo and WeChat.However,the rapid development of network public opinion on mobile video clips has caused a series of information management issues.And the content of ‘influencer effect' and ‘extreme eye-catching behavior' have impacted public senses.Therefore,the mobile video clips has put higher requirements on the network public opinion management.As one of the biggest mobile video clips platforms in China,TikTok is a main field for network public opinion expression.As a representative topic of major natural disasters during the past years,Typhoon Mangosteen is an important object of survey,through which it is helpful for us to understand public opinion and to promote the construction of theory systems of relevant network public opinion of mobile video clips.And it also helps strengthen network public opinion supervision.The model construction method and empirical research methods are used to analyze the theme map construction and dissemination characteristics of network public opinion in user-generated content of mobile video clips.In Chapter 1,the background and significance of this research are introduced,as well as the current status of research at home and abroad,the research content,and the research methods used and innovations.In Chapter 2,the relevant theories of network public opinion,knowledge maps and network public opinion in usergenerated content of mobile video clips are introduced.In Chapter 3,the model construction of the theme map and hot topic detection are introduced.In Chapter 4,the network public opinion in user-generated content of mobile video clips was analyzed from the perspective of user attributes,information interaction and content.Both characteristics and law of change are studied.In Chapter 5,suggestions and development countermeasures are proposed for relevant supervisory departments of network public opinion,based on the research in the previous chapters.And Chapter 6 draws the conclusions,analyzes the deficiencies in the research.Also,it summarizes things to be polished.This research uses knowledge graph to construct the theme map of network public opinion in user-generated content of mobile video clips,which is helpful to enrich the organization and management system.Through the method of empirical research,hot topic detection is completed as well as the construction of dissemination characteristics of user-generated content of mobile video clips.The theory of which combines Weibo public opinion dissemination and mobile video clips environment.Nevertheless,the analysis of the law of change deepens the application of knowledge graphs in different platforms,offering another perspective of the research of dissemination characteristics.Practically,the applications of Python web crawler,AipNlp and Neo4 j,a graphic database,has certain guiding significance for the development of public opinion management system on mobile video clip platforms and public opinion management.
