With the rapid development of information in the 21 st century,the available frequency is becoming more and more scarce,and only the existing resources GaN be exploited continuously to create greater wealth.However,the accurate transmission of the transmission signal,the reception and delivery without distortion is a puzzle.Power amplifier is one of the most important links.In order to solve this problem,a large number of scholars swarmed in.Through the combination of theory and practice,the convenience of bandwidth,efficiency,output power and linearity continued to break through.In the process of breaking through,the new technology and new calculation made the performance requirements of power amplifier new high.Now,RF power amplifier and digital power Amplifiers play an important role in different industries and directions.This paper's research as below:1.The J-type power amplifier and the traditional continuous J(B/J)type power amplifier are deeply analyzed and studied.Through the load traction technology,the most impedance is obtained.Using the J-type current and voltage equation,the matching is realized.Finally,the output power of the broadband power amplifier in the 1.8-2.6 GHz frequency band is 40.2-42.7dBm,and the drain efficiency is 67.8%-74.8%.2.The real frequency technology is studied deeply,and the impedance function of the target matching network is obtained.A 1.5-3.0 GHz ultra-wideband class-J power amplifier is realized.The output power in the frequency band is 38-42 dbm,and the drain efficiency is more than 50%3.We use the double matching and post matching network to expand the Doherty bandwidth,and make the carrier power amplifier work in class J before fallback,working in class B after fallback.Finally,we realize a broadband Doherty power amplifier with a frequency band of 1.8-2.6GHz.Its saturated output power is 42-43 dBm,drain efficiency is 60.1-72.7%,6dB fallback efficiency is 57.4-63.8%.
