At present,China's securities industry is at a stage of transformation and upgrading.On the one hand,with the continuous reforming of capital market and the entrance of foreign financial companies,the licensing barriers of industry is continuously weakening.At the same time,the flourishing innovation on financial business has intensified competition in the securities industry,which leads to the declining commission rate and the shrinking profit margin of brokerage business.On the other hand,retail customer services are generally too weak,showing that normal customers can not get better investment services while high-net-worth clients are not satisfied with the current services.Therefore,the future development direction of the securities brokerage business should be to transform into an integrated financial service provider.In this transformation process,the importance of investment consultants is increasing,and many domestic brokerage firms are beginning to develop smart investment business.In this context,this paper studies building AI intelligent investment fit system with data-mining technology and recommendation model.The system can analyze massive customer data on the base of big data,AI and cloud computing,and then establish a portrait for customers and intelligently provide them with adaptive types of financial products.The research has important practical significance for it provides reference for the upgrading of the securities industry and seek for new growth points.This paper combines theory and case and tries to analyze the development of smart investment business as well as the background,premise,method,model and application of AI intelligent investment fit system.The paper can be divided into five parts: Chapter one introduces the basic theory and development of intelligent investment services.Chapter two classifies the retail customers and products and services provided by securities companies.Chapter three establishes the recommendation model based on customer factors using the idea of matching different customer with different product.Chapter four is a case study about the IVatarGo project,which tries to analyze the implementation approach and application of the AI intelligent investment services system based on the adaptability model.Chapter five is the suggestions about improving the intelligent investment adaptation system.This paper explores the construction of AI intelligent investment adaptation system that can be used for reference.The paper aims to provide a theoretical basis and direction for the brokers transforming into integrated financial service providers,and to provide technical methods for brokers improving their intelligent investment services,Which is full of practical significance.
