Design And Implementation Of College Library Management System Based On Workflow And Data Mining

In line with the general trend of the information age,information management system has been rapidly established and popularized in all walks of life,and university libraries are no exception.In the past,library management relied heavily on manual work.It was cumbersome and inefficient to record and manage with paper and pen.The establishment of information system can effectively solve these problems.However,compared with the ordinary information system,the library management system should provide books borrowing,information query and other services for teachers and students.The logic business is bigger and the efficiency requirements are higher.Most of the existing systems copy the existing information management system model,which can not meet the borrowing needs of teachers and students.Based on this background,this paper intends to improve the traditional library management system.Firstly,it discusses the current situation of research at home and abroad by reading relevant literature,then introduces the related technologies involved in library design and development,and then introduces the design scheme of Library Based on workflow model and data-based library introduced in this paper.The design scheme of the personality recommendation module of the digging library is introduced.Finally,the design and implementation process of the library system based on the above two aspects are elaborated.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Propose a library design scheme based on Workflow ModelIn view of the complex characteristics of library system process and rules,this paper introduces the workflow model,designs library books,borrows books,and automates user management from the perspective of readers and administrators,standardizes the business process in library management system,and improves the operational efficiency of library management system.Firstly,workflow technology is introduced and summarized.Then,according to the characteristics of Library management,the architecture of library management system based on workflow is analyzed and designed.Finally,the reference model of library management flow is given.(2)Propose a design scheme of personality recommendation module for books based on Data MiningThe traditional library system still stays at the level of passively providing information service for readers.In order to further improve the quality of library service and embody the concept of reader-centered humanistic care,this paper introduces the method of data mining and uses collaborative filtering algorithm to extract relevant information from library database system.Information,based on the relevant records borrowed by users and the reading bibliographies of similar readers,analyses the readers' interests and characteristics,excavates the books that readers may be interested in and recommends them,so that the library can complete the transformation from passive service to active service delivery.(3)Design and implement a library system based on workflow and data miningIn the specific implementation process,this paper uses the relevant ideas of software engineering,carries out requirement analysis and detailed design,models the business logic of the library,completes a series of processes in library management affairs by defining workflow,and then designs and implements Universities Based on B/S framework using ASP.NET application development framework.At the same time,the library management system integrates the personalized book recommendation subsystem based on collaborative filtering into the system.After completing the coding deployment of the system,the system is tested in detail.The test results show that the system runs well and has good usability.Finally,it is expected to realize the digitalization and intelligent management of the library.
