With the development of microwave modules in various industries,testing,the most pivotal tach of quality assurance,has been seen as an increasingly important role in production process.The demand of automation,informatization and intelligentization have also become research objects of digital manufacturing management.Using information technology as a means,the purposes of intelligent test production and improving the efficiency of test line can be achieved through the realization of the intelligent manufacturing execution control of automatic test unit.To meet the demand of controlling execution process of automatic test unit,applying data statistics and faults diagnosis,it is essential to achieve comprehensive coordination and to control automatic test unit through digital means.According to the study of technology and characteristic of test task execution in automatic test unit operation,this paper provided practical solutions to solve problems such as insufficient control of test line execution,outof-date data statistics application and the lack of means of faults diagnosis.This paper also verified the research results through self-designed software and practical application.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:1.Proceeding from the requirement of intelligent execution of test system,this paper studied schedule and logistics control technology oriented to automatic test unit and proposed refined state monitoring technology to solve the problem of controlling schedule in execution process.This paper proposed a technology of logistics control management based on RFID to solve a series problems such as location,result,time information and etc.when test pieces are circulated in test units.This paper also proposed an automatic control mechanism of test unit based on multi-sensor to automate the control of test unit.2.This paper analyzed the characteristics and problems of automatic test unit's performance qualities,studied data acquisition technology and proposed quality data acquisition and statistical process control technology using SPC as an auxiliary means of control.That technology provided an effective solution for visual display.3.In order to realize real-time,high efficiency,fine and intelligent of the test and judgement process,this paper analyzed the intelligent fault detection of test unit,proposed methods of fault case collection and fault code standardization,studied fault detection technique based on test target system,intelligent fault diagnosis technology based on neural work,fault diagnosis and fault management technology based on expert library.4.In view of specific requirement of SMT production line in enterprise,the author designed and developed an intelligent test unit control system oriented to automatic test unit using technique such as ASP.NET,Win-Form,NHibernate,and verified the rationality and effectiveness of the technology according to the analysis of actual engineering examples.
