Research On The Financial Support For The Development Of Integrated Circuit Industry In Shanghai

Under the background of China's manufacturing transformation and supply-side reform,Integrated Circuit industry in mainland China has experienced 20 years development and accumulated certain foundation.Although it has been put into global industrial labor division system after joining WTO and shows the developing momentum,there is still large gap comparing with the top level internationally.As the backbone of national high-tech industry,Integrated Circuit industry is the basis of economic development and the guarantee of national information security which has irreplaceable position.Any industry could not develop without financial support,as a result,the characteristics of IC industry such as high risk and high investment,determine that it needs a lot of financial support.Shanghai is the region with the most completed industry chain,the most concentrated enterprises and the highest comprehensive level in mainland China.The study of current situation of Shanghai's IC industry and its problem of financial support has great practical significance.The thesis will focus on the following parts.Firstly,to elaborate on the concept and characteristics of IC industry and financial support.In addition,to analyze the current situation of IC industry and financial support in Global and Shanghai,to study the development experience of foreign and domestics IC industry,to sort out the existing problem of IC industry and financial support in Shanghai.Moreover,to study how different financial supports will impact the development of Shanghai's IC industry through descriptive,correlation analysis and panel data model,such as bank credit,equity financing,commercial credit,internal funds and government subsidies.Last but not the least,to find targeted strategies to optimize financial system and better develop Shanghai's IC industry effectively.
