After understanding the fault-tolerant problems of TCP connections in satellite data terrestrial transmission environment,two key technologies of TCP fault-tolerant control,congestion control technology and disconnection fault-tolerant technology,are deeply studied in this paper.This paper designs and implements a Linux fault-tolerant management test model which based on Redhat for satellite data transmission on the ground,which guarantees that it can better achieve stable data transmission and work continuously in the complex and changeable real network engineering environment.In summary,the following work has been accomplished:1.This paper briefly summarizes the current status of satellite data transmission on the ground,and briefly describes the structure of data transmission management subsystem and the characteristics of satellite data,so as to map the requirements for the next fault-tolerant performance test and framework of building system architecture.2.This paper analyses the development process of TCP fault-tolerance control which related to congestion control and connection fault-tolerant,classifying the detection mechanism of congestion control,and summarizing the basic operational principles and their advantages and disadvantages.In the research of TCP fault-tolerant connection technology,the theory and implementation method of dual hot standby technology LVS are elaborated,especially the differences of various modes about hot standby for LVS are compared.3.In order to verify the superiority of the new BBR algorithm in the actual environment,we compared it with the existing CUBIC algorithm in detail.In order to obtain the optimal transmission effect in the actual satellite data terrestrial transmission environment,we optimized several parameters of BBR and designed a congestion avoidance and fast recovery strategy for BBR algorithm.In order to solve the problems of unstable or even disconnected TCP connections,we used LVS under Linux to prevent network failures caused by hardware and software via adopting the method of primary-backup server to TCP load server through load balancing.
