A Study On The Influencing Factors Of User's Cooperative Motivation In The Editing Conflict Of Internet Encyclopedia Entries

Internet Encyclopedia has become one of the most widely used and popular information sources in the Internet era.Internet Encyclopedia has attracted a large number of users and editors because of its "open collaborative editing" feature.It's often unavoidable of user conflicts in the content production process due to the large number of editors and the individual differences of editors.These conflicts caused a series of bad influences in entries with low degree,poor quality,slow growth and reduction of the richness of entries.It's not only affect the quality of entries,but also mislead the users of entries,costing their trust to online encyclopedia.More and more,it causing people questioned about the quality of the whole content.The editors often have different attitudes to solve conflicts.Some editors will be in a state of competition,while the other editors will be in a state of cooperation.The former one make efforts to make their own views ahead through conflicting with other competitors.And the later one tends to communicate and cooperate actively in the conflict by the ways of discussion and other ways.Can we avoid and reduce the harm of conflict through cooperation? Based on this,this study attempts to explore the motivation of user's cooperation in the conflict of terms editing in online encyclopedia,in order to help solve or avoid some conflict problems.This study uses the method of questionnaire survey,based on the theory of expected value,to design and revise the expected value scale of online encyclopedia editors.And from the perspective of editors,to study the motivation of user cooperation in the editing conflict of online encyclopedia.It's also refers to the previous relevant research methods and theories,combined with the research methods of field observation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods.By using the method of mathematical statistics,this paper discusses the correlation of the factors that influence the user's cooperative motivation in the conflict of editing entries in Encyclopedia online.In the online encyclopedia entry editing conflict cooperative motivation research test,the questionnaire was used to test the correlation among six dimensions: cooperative motivation,acquisition value,utility value,internal value,cooperation cost and individual / collective tendency.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: in the face of online encyclopedia entries editing conflict,the editor's internal value and utility value have a significant positive impact on the editor's motivation for cooperation,which means that online encyclopedia editors will cooperate under certain conditions.When editors are confronted with the conflict of online encyclopedia entries editing,the value expectation of editors will affect the editors' cooperative motivation,and the subjective tendency of editors will affect the editors' value expectation and then affect the editors' cooperative motivation.In this paper,the micro perspective of users is introduced to enrich the research content of user information behavior,to study the user cooperation in the editing conflict of terms of online encyclopedia,to enrich the research related to the conflict of online encyclopedia,to provide reference for other related research theories and methods,and to help improve the quality of information.In practical application,it can be used to guide the optimization of the network encyclopedia system,which has a certain practical significance for improving the information quality of the network encyclopedia,and helps to enhance the authority of the network encyclopedia.
