Additive manufacturing(AM)technology is widely used in various industrial preparation fields for its unique ability to control the construction of arbitrarily complex macro / micro structures.It is also known as 3D printing technology,with various process categories.Among them,laser selective melting(SLM)technology can produce high-density,high-precision,excellent performance and stable process workpiece,which has attracted the attention of the industry.At present,SLM technology has some problems in practical application,such as uneven powder and prominent melting point,which will seriously affect the quality of powder spreading,and then affect the quality of forming workpiece.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of laser selective melting forming,this subject completed the research of intelligent scraper monitoring technology based on the traditional piezoelectric effect.In this paper,the main work is as follows:(1)The theory of traditional piezoresistive method is studied,and the simulation of related application is made according to the theory;(2)Two sets of intelligent scraper are designed innovatively,which can effectively improve the sensitivity of the intelligent scraper monitoring system;(3)Two versions of intelligent scraper monitoring system have been developed,including laboratory verification system version and industrial online system version;(4)According to the function test and data analysis of the system,the performance of the system is optimized.The maximum test sensitivity of the laboratory system is increased to 10 um.Through the work of this paper,the monitoring of scraper working state and powder spreading quality in SLM technology is realized,and the foundation of intelligent additive manufacturing is laid.
