The JiLin province Broadcasting&Television bureau and the branches'associates nearly ten thousand implement the housing provident fund, the total account is over ten million yuan, so as the time goes on, the fund amount is increasing continually, and the work load is heavier and more difficult than before, we can't already meet the need of the changing situation. Under this situation, we have designed and developed a set of provident funds administrative systems to improve the work efficiency.This subsystems development first starts from the current managing situation and investigation of Jilin Province Broadcasting&Television bureau to the housing provident fund .On one Hand, we has investigated the business procedure of housing provident funds and its administrative situation in an all-round way, and found the system need analysis; On the other hand, we have analyzed various kinds of network structure systems and characteristics about software at present, have combined the business of the provident funds and managed the actual conditions and screened to it. Finally, we choose to use the object-oriented programming thought,select the exploit language VC++7.0, based on database SQL SERVER 2000.we has adopted advanced and ripe C/S structure , used the middleware long-distance procedure call fuction in the programming, Through to client / server (C/S) the system two structure and 3 layers of structure have carried on the analysis and comparison,in this foundation,proposed uses the client / server (C/S) 3 layers of structure network architecture system with the middleware. Comparing with the other same kind merchandise, In the system development aspect, the multi-layer software architecture model technical thought reduces the development difficulty effectively, the acceleration development progress; In the programming aspect, the middleware technology in the procedure application.causes the development user to be in is an intermidate level, nimbly development and integration application software, thus causes the programming to have highly effective.This design can meet the cu rrent need of company's business of housing fund management. Though the detailed function modules designed, we realize the putting together, calculation's management, and finally form the housing fund management which assisted by the computer, let our management and operation get twice the result with half the effort.
