With the development of technology, communication system has not only been used to meet the requirements of human voice, video and other information transmission, but also penetrates into all aspects of human life. The Internet of Vehicles has not been able to have a good solution due to its ultra-reliable and ultra-short delay requirements. In recent years, the 3GPP organization has proposed a new generation of technologies that connect vehicles to everything, allowing vehicles to exchange information directly with vehicles, pedestrians, traffic roadside infrastructure and networks. In this structure, the UE can utilize the physical layer structure and resources of the LTE,and does not need base station forwarding.By this way,it reduces the delay of the UE and the load of the network. Therefore,Vehicle to Vehicle to communicate directly is likely to be practically applied to LTE and later 5G networks. This paper first introduces the LTE-V2 X network architecture and air interface, and focuses on the PC5 interface of the LTE-V2 X,and compares it with the traditional LTE-Uu interface. The network layer, data link layer and physical layer in the LTE PC5 interface are analyzed for reliability and delay reduction.Because Vehicle information have the characteristics of periodicity, this paper proposes a model for distributed scheduling of periodic information, and analyzes the impact of different channel information on PDR.The study found that when there is periodic information and resource reselection information in the channel, the system has the highest transmission success rate. Then, this paper introduces the Semi-Persistent-Scheduling method used in actual LTE system, and analyzes the factors that affect system performance. An optimization algorithm for adding reselected position information to the channel is proposed, and the correctness of the algorithm is verified by simulation.
