With the rapid development of Massive MIMO communication and phased array antenna technology in 4G and 5G,the requirements for antenna feeding network in key components of radio frequency system are getting higher and higher.Ultra-wideband,miniaturization,large capacity,high speed,multifunction and so on have become the research hotspots of key devices for realizing antenna feeding network in recent years.Base on substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)and half-mode substrate integrated waveguide(RHMSIW)technologies,the paper has investigated a series of lightweight power divider,miniaturized directional couplers,sum difference networks and filters.The research in this paper is organized as follows:1.The design of bandpass filter and power divider is researched.A new SIW bandpass filter is proposed and implemented by applying the theory of microwave technology,which effectively reduces the space of SIW filter and is convenient for integration with planar circuits.Through reasonable material selection,stripline structure and thin film technology are combined to realize the lightweight charactics of Wilkinson power divider with one eighth equal power division,which is about 80% less than the weight of conventional stripline or microstrip power divider.After that,the frequency reconfigurable Wilkinson power divider is researched to realize the reconfigurable characteristics in the frequency band of 2GHz-3.8GHz.2.The characteristics of ridged half-mode substrate integrated waveguide and the design of ridged half-mode substrate integrated waveguide directional coupler are studied.The working principle of the ridged half-mode substrate integrated waveguide and the basic principle of the directional coupler are expounded in detail.A novel ridged halfmode substrate integrated waveguide directional coupler with ultra-wideband,miniaturization characteristics is designed and implemented by slotting in the coupling region.3.The design of ridged half-mode substrate integrated waveguide hybrid ring is studied.The hybrid ring is the key component of the feeding network.Based on the ultrawideband ridged half-mode substrate integrated waveguide directional coupler,a hybrid ring combining the ridged half-mode substrate integrated waveguide and microstrip technology is proposed and implemented.The RHMSIW hybrid ring is processed and verified by experiments.The measured results show that the hybrid ring designed in this paper has the advantages of ultra-wideband and small volume.
