Today,technology has reduced the world to a global and common center with common interests and nearly the entirety are been accomplished by means of technology.The development that has taken place so far in information technology(IT)is transforming into a critical factor in the future advancement industries round the world.All archaic banking payment methods are actually making ready for contemporary method of banking within this current century.Conventional methods of banking has been in existence for a long time now and it is the greatest commonplace method of donning out banking transactions in particular areas and countries,both developed and developing.Nowadays,from the business observation,marketplace center orientation has moved to consumer orientation,bringing users as the most targets.Advances in IT essentially and the developing utilization of the Net for business transactions have found significant outcomes at the banking enterprise.However,customer's demand for secured bank payment methods and high-quality service levels capable to limit risks of frauds and reduce transaction time are considered as a big challenge very complex.Among the current users' requirements,payment banking systems designed today represent a challenging issue in payment services including online or any kind of mobile payment possibilities.The development and application modern mobiles payment systems to achieve online transaction or to be used by bank for transfer are becoming more and more in demand;saving time,fast payment,optimizing security by protecting personal data against online frauds,The adoption of modern technology to ensure satisfied services to user is a big responsibility,and those responsibilities encompass account balance enquiry,funds transfer,bill payment,finding an ATM,and other relative payments ways.Considering the excessive fee of adoption of this technology,quite a few concerns are raised as regards user authentication,data confidentiality,non-repudiation,data integrity and service availability.According to the current research status,the traditional method of processing customer remittances used by bank payment methods in the Republic of Guinea is inefficient.Many customers have to wait for the queuing bank counter to collect,and the customer queues are too long;this is the traditional method of processing remittances in Africa The method used by banks is therefore less efficient.Many customers are currently unfamiliar with handling business through outlet systems and the number of outlet systems is limited.The bank's prioritization of its own business leads to customer dissatisfaction,which is contrary to the original intention of facilitating customers to handle business and objectively reduces the efficiency needs of customers.In the Republic of Guinea,the collection of online stores has become a very large industry throughout the country in recent years;therefore,this article also introduces the coverage of U-Shield processing schemes at bank outlets during analysis and research.Online store collection is mainly divided into bank collection and social collection.The bank collection is similar to the U-Shield user business hall collection method.According to the problems found in our actual problem analysis and data analysis of the survey,the ATM utilization rate of banks in the Republic of Guinea is not high.There are only two banks in the entire bank,and they have to queue for a long time.How to deal with it: The staff of the business hall actively promoted ATM.When they found the queuing situation,they actively guided customers to use ATM terminals to guide their operation process.When customers were familiar with the operation,they slowly accepted ATM to handle business.Considered as one of the most modern payment system around the world,China Bank developed a called “U-shield key”,a kind of USB device implemented and used actually to strengthen any transaction activities.In this thesis,we adopt the implementation of “U-shield key” technology to develop new cryptography concept capable to support central bank of the Republic of Guinea payment platform.The main contribution of this work is organized as follow:(1)Integral description of U-Shield payment system analysis.This part proposes an essential program starting with literature review to understand the real meaning of this technology,features,implementation process and current use.Different concept on use are defining and analyzed including understand different between public key cryptography,environment,digital certificate and its relative formats,the entire process adopted for the certification.Another essential point also analyzed in this part consist establish comparative study between the performances based on the configuration bank payment platform working on our proposed technology,but also observe the current new challenges encountered by current bank research works that are implementing the use of U-shield key system.(2)The architecture design and schematic hardware configuration.This part proposes theoretical study with the design of electronic banking installation program,UShield payment architecture,payment platform system design,the main design for any kind of possibility for the design of personal or private online payment services.The implementation of the main topologies including any system functions.Another essential part of work in this contribution represents the new configuration present to face system security design.After developing the concept of cryptography based in the introduction of algorithm design capable to support key(private and public)management and authentication,this thesis propose a based three-level algorithm implementation design system for payment method for banks in Republic of Guinea;the fast payment,secure transactions and saving customer transaction time are some of main key points developed inside the system.Finally,the last one contribution in this thesis is the adoption of a based three layer;Layer 1 is a Conventional E-security using Username and PIN number.Layer 2 is a Biometric security using Fingerprint or Iris recognition.Layer 3 is a Mobile security using GPS or mobile SMS.These entire three frameworks can work inside the designed Ushield key system to provide high performance.
