The shaking table can be used to simulate various forms of motion such as earthquake and sea wave,and its performance is mainly determined by the vibration controller.The vibration controller inputs the desired motion signal,and according to the collected feedback signal of the vibration table,through the internal algorithm operation,obtains the output servo signal to drive the vibration table movement,thus forming the closed-loop control system to reproduce the desired movement.For the application of vibration table with high control frequency and multichannel cooperative control,the controller in the market is difficult to meet the requirements of control index due to the reason of hardware architecture.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a vibration controller based on Xilinx arm and FPGA,and gives the tasks of data acquisition and output,high-speed calculation,realtime signal processing to FPGA logic.Finally,the controller can achieve the control frequency of more than 200 k Hz,and the recurrence accuracy of seismic wave acceleration is 92.23%.The main work is as follows:1.Hardware circuit design of vibration controller: the functions and required indexes of the system are defined.According to the functions and indexes of the system,the selection and design of key circuit chips are carried out,and the hardware schematic diagram and PCB layout of the system are designed to complete the production and commissioning test of the hardware circuit board.2.Zynq software and hardware collaborative design: including ARM embedded software design and FPGA hardware logic design,and realize software and hardware collaborative execution of control tasks.Specifically,the software part includes the register configuration of the hardware logic,identifying the interrupt from the hardware logic and completing the corresponding tasks,using Ethernet and PC to realize the interaction of instructions and data;the hardware logic part includes data acquisition and filtering,using the algorithm to complete the mathematical calculation,driving the signal output,and writing the acquisition data into the memory DDR3.3.System simulation and test: conduct behavior simulation and test on the software and hardware of zynq,and connect the final built system and the vibration table to form a closed-loop control system for field test,so that it can reproduce the expected earthquake simulation movement,and achieve the index requirements by processing and analyzing the feedback data collected,and constantly optimizing the control effect.
