With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,a variety of communication systems have emerged at the historic moment in response to different application scenarios and applicable personnel.Software-defined radio is being proposed as the times change and people's needs change.The basic idea of software radio is to build a standard unified hardware platform,and also make the analog-to-digital converter closer to the antenna,so that the signal can be processed digitally as soon as possible.RF transceiver is one of the key parts of software radio system.Its performance directly determines the difficulty of back-end signal processing.As a transceiver structure,the direct conversion structure has the advantages of small size,low power consumption,and low cost.Compared with the super-heterodyne structure,the most prominent advantage of the direct conversion structure is its simplicity,and it does not need to be considered the Mirroring Problems in super-heterodyne structures.This article mainly researches and designs the broadband direct-conversion RF front-end,mainly including the design of low-noise amplifier circuit,demodulation circuit and baseband circuit in receiver;the design of modulation circuit and power amplifier circuit in transmitter;the design of power circuit and local oscillator circuit.This article also completed the circuit layout design,and performed processing and testing.The test performance of the whole machine was good and it could meet the requirements of the indicators proposed in the article.
