With the rapid development of wireless communication application technology,radio stations are widely used in civil and military.In order to meet the higher requirements of wireless equipment performance,the research and breakthrough of radio frequency technology has a significant impact on the improvement of the performance of the entire wireless communication system.The design and development of radio station is the embodiment of radio frequency technology.At the same time,transceiver is at the forefront of the physical layer of communication system.Its structure and performance affect the whole communication system.The main work of this paper is to design and implement a wireless transceiver,and to carry out systematic research on it.Firstly,this paper introduces and compares the schemes of receiver and transmitter,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes,and their performance indicators,and makes analysis and Research on the core module of RF front-end.Secondly,through relevant basic learning and combined with the actual functional requirements of the project.The receiver is designed according to the requirements of sensitivity and selectivity of the receiver,and a low noise amplifier is designed at the front end of the receiver,which can effectively reduce the system noise of the receiving channel and improve the sensitivity of the system.At the same time,the transmitter with secondary down conversion is designed,and the impedance matching design of the RF front-end module is carried out to meet the requirements of the output frequency in the range of 30-88 MHz and the output power of the transmitting signal in the middle.The error rate of longdistance communication is less than 0.5%.Finally,a set of UHF wireless transceivers is assembled.Finally,the functions of each module are designed in detail,and the corresponding chips are selected for performance parameter analysis to complete the circuit design of the module.The matching of RF circuit is analyzed and studied.The filter simulation and 50 matching circuit simulation are completed by ADS simulation software.By measuring the impedance of the circuit and debugging the circuit according to the actual measurement,the theoretical simulation and actual test results are analyzed and compared.ARM is used to control part of the chip driver and transceiver conversion in the whole transceiver.According to the power consumption of the whole circuit,the power supply of the transceiver is designed to form a complete wireless transceiver.After the completion of the hardware platform,this paper separately tests the performance indicators of each module and compares them with the chip manual,and then verifies the correctness of the design through the whole machine test.Finally,through testing and debugging,the transmitter transmits signal at 65 MHz,the output power can reach 12 d Bm,and the normal data communication can be realized at 100 m.The bit error rate is less than 0.05%.The verification transceiver meets the design requirements.
