With the development of E-Business,the application and demand for express is getting stronger and stronger.How to sort all express from every place and improve work efficiency has become an important issue facing the express industry.In the sorting process,manual sorting can lead to violent sorting and leakage of recipient information.Existing related power device on the market at present,however,due to the complexity manipulation,resulting in the ability to work is not high,the adaptability is not strong,the intellectualized degree is not high.Therefore,it is urgent to study and design a simple stable and intelligent express delivery robot,which can change the current situation of the express industry and realize the demand for high-speed sorting in the express delivery industry.In this paper,an express delivery robot is developed by means of theoretical analysis,mathematical modeling and software simulation.The robot is a robot working group composed of two parts: grasping robot arm and transfer trolley.The transfer trolley is designed with a plurality of high efficiency and low cost mechanical structures such as an electro-hydraulic servo system and the transfer trolley is designed with a conveyer belt and various sensors,so that the placed express pieces can be identified and transported to the area which belongs to the express member,convenient courier carries on the classification distribution.This subject includes the following:1.Through data analysis,theoretical optimization and other methods,the materials used in each component were optimized,and then contrastive analyzed various types of structures and components,finally a set of design schemes including the type of robot,the form of motion,the mode of drive,the way of grasping the mode of transportation and so on are finally determined.2.Through the calculation of data play an important role in the mechanical parts for the reliability analysis and check,identify the size of the mechanical arm and gripper and to choose the type of hydraulic drive system;Aiming at the characteristics of flexible motion of the robot,the chassis was analyzed by motion and force,and the chassis frame was determined;According to the actual data calculation method,the belt transmission mode and material selection are determined.According to the working process of the robot,the position and type of the sensor are determined according to the working principle of different kinds of sensors,and the sensor model is selected.3.Using the inventor software,the 3d modeling and the simulation analysis was carried out to determine the movement and operation flow of the express delivery robot.
