With the continuous expansion of China's industrial production scale,the demand for efficient palletizing at the end of the production line is increasing.Traditional manual palletizing has been unable to meet the actual production and transportation needs.Palletizing robots have gradually occupied a dominant position and are playing an increasingly important role in industrial production and logistics.According to the layout of the production line and the loading process of a feed factory,the technical parameters and the overall design scheme of the palletizing robot are proposed.A kind of vacuum chuck palletizing robot is designed innovatively,and the types of driving device and power device of each part are determined.The simulation analysis and optimization of the main parts and components are carried out,and the automatic and efficient palletizing loading is finally realized.The end effector vacuum chuck is calculated and selected,and the fluid dynamics analysis of the internal fluid domain is performed using Fluent to obtain the pressure and velocity cloud diagram of the internal gas.The results show that the vacuum inside the 15 mm suction port and 15 mm skirt suction chuck is good and the adsorption is stable.The static analysis of the beam,the connecting plate,the T-bracket and other structures shows that the strength and stiffness of each structure meet the working requirements.Perform modal analysis on the bracket,beam and lifting mechanism,and optimize the structure of the bracket to keep the natural frequency of the bracket away from the excitation frequency generated when the beam moves and avoid resonance.Create a two-way data transfer interface for Creo and ANSYS Workbench.The three structural parameters of the connection plate are used as input parameters,and the mass,maximum equivalent stress,and maximum deformation of the end effector connection plate are used as output parameters for parameter optimization.By providing the optimal design parameters of the connecting plate,the structure is reinforced for analysis and comparison.After the final optimization,the mass of the connection plate was reduced by 16.35%,the maximum deformation was reduced by 14.49%,and the maximum equivalent stress was reduced by 12.96%.The connection plate has significantly improved mechanical properties while being lightweight.The research shows that the robot has good static and dynamic characteristics.It can adapt to the production line,meet the actual production demand,and provide reference for other related industrial robot research.Figure 38;Table 12;Reference 59...
