With the development of the technology,more and more glazing robots are applied to the glazing process for their great advantages over the artificial glazing.With the improvement of quality requirements for ceramic products,more and more researchers are devoted to the research of improving the spraying quality of glazing robots,especially the optimization of spraying gun parameters,which has become one of the key researches to improve the spraying quality of glazing robots.In the process of spraying,there are many factors that affect the spraying effect of the spray gun,such as: glaze viscosity,spraying pressure,spraying flow,pressure angle and other parameters.This research is to study the influence of multiple parameters on the spraying effect of the spray gun on the basis that the spray gun is sprayed and glazed perpendicular to the surface.By constructing the mathematical model of the spray gun under the condition of variable parameters,the glaze thickness of any point during the actual spraying process can be predicted accurately and quickly.This research is divided into three parts: theoretically analyzing the parameters affecting the spraying quality of the spray gun,and then selecting the target parameters;completing the design of the simulation platform for the parameters of the plane spray gun according to the investigation of the glazing of sanitary ceramics by the robot and the manual glazing equipment;selecting the instruments and building the experimental platform according to the requirements of the experiment and the actual situation of glazing.The spraying experimental research is mainly to explore the influence of various parameters on the thickness of spraying glaze on the spraying surface.Therefore,3d coordinate measuring instrument is selected to measure the different points on the spraying experimental plane,and the spraying thickness of the points is calculated through the processing of MATLAB software.In this research,the basic model of the spray gun is determined to be a doubledistribution model according to the thickness distribution of the measuring points of plane fixed-point spraying experiment;the parameter values of the base distribution model are determined by measuring the spraying area;through theoretical analysis and research,the target parameters of the spray gun are gradually introduced into the basic model of the spray gun,and the model with variable parameters is finally completed.Moreover,the coefficients of the variable parameter model are determined by error analysis.The established basic model and variable-parameter model of spray gun were incorporated into the MATLAB numerical analysis module,the values of parameters were set and the simulation experiments of the two models were carried out to explore the influence of single target parameters on spray quality.Finally,the accuracy and adaptability of the variable-parameter spray gun model are verified by the error analysis of the simulation data and the results of the spraying experiment,the error between the thickness of coating glaze obtained by simulation and the actual thickness is 10.5%,which is within the allowable error range.It means that the variable-parameter spray gun model can be used to predict the spraying quality of plane single stroke spray glaze under variable-parameter condition.Figure 33;Table 10;Reference 60...
