First,this paper introduces the influence of painting technics to foundry, analyzing the resons of rupture for long casting pipes,and bring forward the problem of the optimal trajectory of spray-gun in order to attain better quality film and paint technics.In such spray-coating operation manipulators are employed to traverse around the objects to be coated.Given the high degree of repeatability of such systems, proper selection of paths and other process parameters can result in significant cost savings with improved performance.This paper stressly introduces the foundation and solving of optimal trajectory.First,found the modified model of paint deposition and simulate the peripheral curve of distribution of film based on field datas;study on the theory of optimization of trajectory interval of spray-gun based on expectation for the thick of coating and decreasing consumption of paint;With the approximation for the film thickness and average film thickness function,the variation in film thickness can be criterion to invaluate degree of film equalit in the spraying theory,based on the need of industrial products,discuss that the relation between the period of surface wave and the value expected of film,and enrich criterions of equality of film.Finally found the optimal trajectory function of spray-gun.The second part gives the optimal theory and arithmetic of the trajectory of spray-gun,incudes Simplex arithmetic and multiplier method and compiling program flow chart;introducing particularly solving method,the discretization method of trajectory,of trajectory of spray-gun.The third part based on the painting theory illuminates design,solving and the choice of painting technics parameters through painting simulation.Using VC and OpenGL to programme and solve the trajectory of spray-gun on the Windows, analyzing and comparing the results to demonstrate feasibility of painting theory.And using OpenGL in the MFC,designing,programming and debugging the interface of trajectory and spray parameter for the objective of human-computer and give simulative curve.
