| It is precisely because of the increasing complexity of the enterprise's hierarchical structure and information exchange that security becomes unpredictable and uncontrollable.The unsafe behavior of employees is the main reason for enterprises to generate security problems.At the same time,they also interact and spread in real life,and the spread of such unsafe behaviors will further expand the existence of corporate security risks.At present,there are relatively few behavioral studies in the perspective of enterprise groups.It is difficult to solve the complexity and difficulty of the individual behavior in the management,but there are certain rules to follow if they rise to the group level.Therefore,paying attention to the law of the spread of group behavior in enterprise organizations can not only help the dissemination of internal safe behaviors,but also prevent the transformation of individual unsafe behaviors into unsafe behaviors of groups from the perspective of groups,so as to prevent the creation of a vicious circle,reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior,thereby reducing the occurrence of security incidents.At the same time,it is also possible to take certain measures according to relevant laws to make the unsafe behavior of enterprises change to safe behavior,so as to improve the safety level of enterprises and ensure the normal and effective operation of enterprises.As a result,it is extremely urgent to study the characteristics and mechanism of group behavior in enterprises.Based on multi-agent modeling,the researches in this paper group behavior propagation and control in enterprises.The threshold model under the influence of employees and managers is established by introducing organizational norms C,conformity parameters k and perceived radius v,According to this model,the simulation of different scale enterprise organizations is carried out,and the probability map of the members joining the group behavior is obtained by repeated operation.The purpose of this study is to explore which factors influence the generation and dissemination of group behavior in the enterprise organization and apply them to the enterprise behavior security system.The simulation results show that organizational norms can increase the specific group behavior of the members of the organization,and the existence of managers will reduce the possibility of group behavior,while herd performance will increase the probability of group behavior to a certain extent.On the one hand,it can promote the dissemination of favorable measures and behaviors related to enterprise behavior safety and accelerate the construction of enterprise behavior safety system;on the other hand,it can also stop the thoughts and behaviors that are not conducive to enterprise behavior safety according to relevant factors in time to prevent harm to enterprise safety.Furthermore,based on the communication of group behavior,combined with the theory of herd influence and behavior threshold,the intervention coefficient is introduced ε,and the relevant threshold model is established.This paper discusses the influence of different attributes of employees on the adoption rate of security behavior under global and local information feedback.At the same time,the highest preference for safety behavior,the lowest herd,the largest number of neighbors and the shortest average distance shortest average distance are taken as the intervention objectives,so as to realize the intervention of unsafe behavior in enterprises and make it change to safety behavior.Based on the analysis of local feedback and global feedback,the results of the adoption rate of different interventions to safety behavior show that influential people can be used to promote the adoption of related safety behavior by other employees in the enterprise. |
