The constant influx of competitors and the diversification of consumer demand have put a lot of pressure on hotels.Hotels need to obtain competitive intelligence for auxiliary analysis,and take appropriate measures to enhance the hotel's competitiveness to attract more customers.At present,the hotel's competitive intelligence information mainly comes from third-party consulting agencies,hotel partners,etc.,and pays less attention to consumer needs.It mainly relies on the personal experience of hotel managers for processing,and lacks a systematic competitive intelligence analysis system.The online reviews accumulated on the platform are a concentrated expression of consumer attitudes and opinions,and provide a good way for competitive intelligence analysis.The paper intends to use hotel online reviews as an intelligence data source to build a hotel competitive intelligence analysis model based on online review mining to obtain competitive intelligence to serve the hotel's strategic management.First of all,the paper expounds the current characteristics of the development of the hotel industry and the application status of online reviews in hotel management through literature research and investigation,and summarizes the three hotel competitive intelligence needs that use online reviews as data sources,including consumer concerns of hotel service factors,hotel's own advantages and disadvantages and analysis of the hotel's competitive position in the market.On this basis,the characteristics of hotel competitive intelligence in the Internet age are analyzed,and a competitive intelligence process for planning,analysis,information collection,information processing,intelligence analysis,and visual presentation in the hotel field is established.Secondly,under the guidance of the competitive intelligence process,the paper builds a comprehensive model system of hotel competitive intelligence analysis based on online review mining from a technical perspective,and elaborate on the implementation method of each module to meet the needs of hotel competitive intelligence purpose.This includes identifying the hotel service elements that consumers care about through the LDA theme model,extracting hotel service features and feature sentiment word pairs,classifying the service feature categories to which the service features belong based on the word vector model,and constructing a sentiment dictionary to realize feature sentiment quantification and service feature sentiment Value summary,based on which to analyze the hotel's own advantages,disadvantages andcompetitiveness.Finally,the paper selects a hotel around the Capital Airport as the main competitive hotel,obtains data from its competitors for experimental analysis,displays the content of the hotel's competitive intelligence through visual charts,and uses SWOT analysis to match and design the hotel development strategy.The experimental results show that the model proposed in the paper is feasible,which can meet the needs of hotel competitive intelligence and provide assistance for hotel strategic management.The paper includes 34 figures,21 tables and 61 references.
