As the manufacturing industry accelerates from the digital stage to the network stage,the Industrial Internet is rapidly emerging worldwide.China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has proposed that by 2020,an industrial Internet infrastructure with high reliability,wide coverage,large bandwidth,and customizability will be initially built.The planning,deployment,and optimization of the Industrial Internet all require a lot of drive tests,and the existing drive tests are characterized by high reliability,low delay,and low power consumption,making it difficult to adapt to the rapid deployment of Industrial Internet.The virtual drive test technology combines drive test and wireless channel semi-physical simulation to reproduce the external field wireless channel in the laboratory,reducing the workload of drive test and improving the test efficiency.Channel parameter recording is the basis of virtual drive test,but the current channel parameter recording technology is aimed at the public network and needs to be based on the existing network.The Industrial Internet has many scenes and frequencies,and in some scenes,there is no network deployment,or the network does not support channel parameter recording.Therefore,this paper proposes a virtual drive test technology for the industrial Internet,designs and implements a drive test system and a virtual drive test system.In addition,this paper passes the test verification to support the development of industrial Internet equipment and network deployment.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)A channel parameter recording scheme based on channel sounding is proposed.This solution refers to the LTE downlink time-frequency structure and proposes a channel sounding signal.The channel sounding signal transmitter and receiver are designed to realize the recording of channel parameters without an existing network,which solves the network-free deployment in some industrial Internet scenarios,Or the network does not support the problem of channel parameter recording.(2)Developed a channel recording system and verified its performance.Based on the software radio platform,we have completed the development of a channel recording system,which can flexibly adjust key parameters such as test bandwidth and test frequency band according to the channel parameter recording requirements of different scenarios.Laboratory verification and field measurement results show that the system basically achieves the performance of current commercial instruments,and has better flexibility and scalability.(3)Propose and implement the design scheme of the drive test system and the virtual drive test system,and verify the performance of the drive test system and the virtual drive test system by field and laboratory tests The verification results show that the virtual drive test system developed can accurately reproduce the external field wireless channel,so as to accurately test the performance of the industrial Internet in the laboratory environment.
