Modern communication transmission networks use a large number of optical fibers,leading to the growing scale of optical access networks.In recent years,the traditional ODN optical wiring facilities that have been widely used have been unable to adapt to the development of optical access networks.The most common ODN distribution frame optical fiber ports are identified by sticking paper labels.Paper labels are easy to corrode and fall off,resulting in unclear writing or loss of information.At the same time,the distribution frame port information needs to be manually read and recorded at the site,and then manually entered into the management system one by one,and it is impossible to directly control the distribution frame port and optical fiber information data and management system.It brings many difficulties to the management and maintenance of the distribution frame,and the effective utilization rate of the optical fiber is reduced.The quality of ODN determines the effect of operating the FTTx network.In order to digitally process,control and manage the information of the optical distribution frame equipment and port data,this article according to the relevant standards of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,combined with the Jiangsu Telecom connector standard,The hardware and software of the RFID intelligent optical patch panel system were developed.The hardware consists of two parts.(1)RF read-write unit: According to the structure of the patch panel,a scalable multi-channel RFID shunt reader based on ultra-high frequency is designed to enable ultra-high frequency emitted by a card reader chip.Signals can be switched between 12 ports;designed a 50? impedance-matched UHF RF circuit,using a combination of RF switches to achieve independent operation of multiple antenna ports;optimized RF antenna design to achieve no electromagnetic interference between 0-4mm close-range ports Interfering data reads and writes.(2)Logic control unit: A control unit is added on the basis of the RF shunt.The level of the level is controlled by the blinking of the on / off indicator of the port.Finally,the functional modules of the hardware are integrated into a PCB,and the size of the plate matches the size of the existing standard optical distribution board,which is suitable for the use of new and old distribution frames.Software part: Through the single-chip C language program design,the algorithm logic control is implemented to realize the efficient switching of the port,and the wiring board and the intelligent management system are used for data communication,and the single-port data reading and writing,indicator guide,and disk poll And other functions.The experimental tests have tested the completeness and accuracy of the software and hardware system functions,meeting the design requirements and meeting the standard specifications.It realizes digital processing,control and management of information on optical distribution frame equipment and port data.
