Since the 1970 s,the technology of marine radio remote sensing has developed rapidly,and the high frequency ground wave radar has been developed and used by many countries at home and abroad with its advantages such as its wide detection range.Due to atmospheric and weather noise and ionospheric interference,variable frequency radar came into being,and in this paper,the two-frequency high frequency ground wave radar was mainly studied,the ocean echo inversion of two different emission frequencies was obtained by sea parameter data,and the data fusion was carried out to improve the accuracy of the final inversion results.At present,the use of dual-frequency highfrequency ground wave radar for marine weather forecasting and monitoring of marine environment data has become a common trend at home and abroad.Among the relevant techniques for marine environment monitoring using highfrequency ground wave radar,the relevant techniques on inversion sea current field parameters have been very mature and have performed well in engineering applications,while the relevant techniques on inversion wind and wave field parameters are still to be studied in depth.The main study in this paper studies the method of using high-frequency ground wave radar for the inversion of seastate parameters,and puts forward the improved sea state parameter inversion algorithm,and tests the effect of its practical application.This paper first expounds the interaction between high frequency electromagnetic waves and rough sea surfaces,introduces the influence of Prague scattering on the ocean echo spectrum of high frequency ground wave radar,conducts the inversion of sea state parameters according to their relationship,and introduces the first-order scattering and second-order scattering cross-section equations of ocean echo spectrum on this basis,and analyzes the relationship between ocean echo spectrum and sea wind,waves and ocean currents.Some of the limitations are also described.Subsequently,this paper carried out the study of the inversion algorithms of the wave field,wind field and flow field in the ocean dynamics parameters.In the field of wave field research,this paper analyzes and introduces the different wave spectrum inversion algorithms,wave height and wave cycle inversion algorithms used at home and abroad,analyzes the limitations of different algorithms and their respective advantages and disadvantages by using simulation experiments,and finally gives the algorithm of high precision,better inversion effective wave height and average wave cycle,and uses measured data to test the effect of the algorithm in this paper.In wind field research,focus on wind direction and wind speed inversion.In the aspect of wind direction inversion,this paper focuses on the problem of dewind fuzzy,this paper expounds several algorithms to eliminate wind direction blur,proposes a new short-term prediction based on time series to reverse the wind direction of the sea,and performs well in both simulation and measured data;In the study of flow field,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of inversion ocean current radial velocity from ocean echo spectrum,combines classical methods,gives a new method of extracting first-order sea clutter,which combines polynomial suppliating,and effectively solves the problem that the bragg peak position is not accurate enough in the process of detecting first-order ocean debris waves,can directly improve the algorithm accuracy of extracting ocean current radial velocity,and use the measured data to observe the effect.Finally,the superiority of dual-frequency high-frequency ground wave radar and the necessity of data fusion relative to high-frequency radar are introduced,several algorithms for dual-frequency data fusion are introduced,the two carrier frequency independentination sinuation sinlets the sea state data fusion,and the fusion effect is observed using measured data.
