In recent years with the development of science and technology,radar applications are more and more widely,is no longer limited to military detection targets,early warning,etc.,and now also biased towards civilian,sea remote sensing is a high frequency ground wave radar application is an important Areas,can be real-time marine environment forecast,sea warning and so on.China has a vast marine territory,so the development of resources in the marine field is particularly important and urgent.It is necessary to master the marine information such as wind speed,wind direction,wave height,sea velocity and so on,so it is necessary for the ocean to work on the sea.Transport,marine disaster prevention provides reference information.The main contents of this paper are as follows: wave echo extraction,extraction of radial velocity of ocean surface,synthesis of single station vector flow field,and inversion of sea surface wind speed.In this paper,we mainly introduce the four aspects of the ocean wave echo extraction related processing,first we introduced the application of the threshold segmentation method to the wave echo to the target processing,given the effect after the target;after the introduction of two The results show that the experimental results are given and the error analysis is carried out.The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared,which provides the conditions for the subsequent radial velocity extraction and sea surface wind inversion.The Then the method of extracting the radial velocity of the surface is described,and the algorithm of the incoming wave direction estimation is introduced.The process of estimating the incoming wave direction is described in detail.Then,in order to analyze the accuracy and feasibility of the algorithm The simulation results were carried out,and then the radial velocity inversion of the measured data was carried out,and the results of the inversion were analyzed.Then we study the synthesis method of single-station vector flow field,introduce the synthesis method of two kinds of vector flow field,and analyze the performance of the two methods by simulation.In order to further analyze the applicability of the algorithm,we The vector flow field inversion of the measured data is carried out,and the accuracy of the algorithm is analyzed by comparing the ocean ocean current forecasting chart.Finally,the inversion of sea surface wind speed is introduced,and the method of reversing wind speed is introduced in detail.A class of methods is based on the wave height,wave direction spectral peak frequency of the two parameters and the wind between the semi-empirical relationship between the wind speed inversion,such as the SMB relationship method and JONSWAP relational method.Another kind of wind speed inversion algorithm does not need to find out the effective wave height and the peak frequency of the wave spectrum in advance.By using the principle of the change of the wind speed to the relative position of the second order spectrum and the first order spectrum,the peak frequency and wind speed of the second order spectrum are deduced The relationship,such as David Green law.And the simulation experiment is carried out to analyze their accuracy and validity.Then,the wind speed inversion of the measured data is compared with the ocean forecast and the accuracy is analyzed.
