In recent years,the high-frequency ground wave radar has played an important role in monitoring the marine environment because of its long detection range,wide coverage,low cost,and the ability to achieve all-weather continuous spatio-temporal detection.The sea state parameters can be obtained by the echo Doppler spectrum analysis of the scattering section equation established by Barrick.At present,the algorithm for inversion of sea surface flow parameters has been relatively mature,but the method for extracting parameters of wind and wave fields is still in the research stage.In this paper,we mainly study the parameters inversion algorithm of the sea surface vector field,including the flow velocity of the sea surface and the wind direction of the sea surface.The performance of each algorithm was analyzed by simulation verification,measured data analysis,and forecast information comparison and error statistics.Summing up a set of sea state vector field inversion algorithms adapted to different situations.First of all,in the flow field.Because the radial velocity of the ocean current must be obtained before inversion of the vector current,in order to obtain a higher angular resolution,the echo spectra should be preprocessed before using the MUSIC algorithm to inverse the radial velocity azimuth signal of the ocean current.It mainly include the channel amplitude software calibration and synthesis and separation of the first-order spectral region two parts.Then,three kinds of monostatic radar vector ocean current inversion algorithms are studied: class interpolation method,least squares method and stream function model-based inversion method.Analyzing the performance of the algorithm through the simulation verification,measured data analysis,forecast information comparison,error statistics and finally define the most suitable monostatic radar vector extraction algorithm.Finally,combine the inversion of the stream function with the MUSIC algorithm and analyzed with the measured data.The inversion results are compared with the forecast information and the inversion results are good.In addition,because the traditional shore-based radar generally contains multiple parts,this paper also studies the dual-station radar detection and bistatic radar detection vector current inversion algorithms.Presents the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm througth the simulation process under different ocean current models and error analysis.Finally,the method of extracting the vector current by data fusion using the least squares method under multi-station radar detection is discussed and the Monte Carlo experiment is used to analyze the stability of the model.Second,in the wind direction field.Monostatic radar wind direction inversionalgorithm: least square method,maximum likelihood method,minimum difference method,pattterning fitting method,and optimal?-based multi-beam inversion method are simulated and discussed with measured data.In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of the five algorithms are compared and the scope of application is given according to the error analysis.Also,the inversion accuracy of each algorithm is given and determined the most suitable algorithm for monostatic station wind direction inversion.Then,the wind direction inversion algorithm in the case of dual-station radar detection is studied.The wind direction inversion principle of the double station space recursive method is introduced and the algorithm is discussed through simulation.Finally,in the case of multi-station radar detection,a multi-sensor adaptive weighted fusion algorithm and a weighted fusion algorithm based on least squares principle are used,and the simulation results are compared with the results of the weighted average fusion.Finally,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm.
