The rapid development of information technology has brought convenience and opportunities to economic and social progress,accelerated the coordinated development between various industries,and also brought problems and challenges about information security management.In reality,under the influence of multiple factors,information security Events occur frequently.Frequent information security incidents bring serious economic losses and negative effects to organizations and users.Therefore,research on information security has always been an important guarantee of the development of information technology.Although academia and industry have been perfecting information security technology,not all information security vulnerabilities and incidents are caused by technology.In information security incidents,people are generally considered to be the weakest link.Human behavior in information technology applications is the key cause of information security incidents.According to the research,through the influence of behavioral intervention on people,making them comply with the information security policies formulated by relevant security management organizations,they can quickly respond to information security incidents.People's information security behavior will be affected by information security knowledge,after its cognitive processing of information security knowledge,will form the will of behavior change,strengthen their own information security behavior.This article takes the information security emergency knowledge as a perspective,based on the ELM,and uses the knowledge and behavior of Wannacry security incidents in the Q&A community as data sources.Put forward the hypothesis of the central path and the edge path of emergency security knowledge affecting the behavior of information security knowledge dissemination.Empirically test the research hypothesis with zero-inflation negative binomial regression,and discuss various factors that affect the spread of user information security knowledge based on the regression results.In order to further to explore how information security emergency knowledge affects information security behaviors after dissemination,this paper also constructs an information security decision situation through experimental methods.Use cognitive neuroscience tools EEG and ERP to analyze physiological electrical signals in the course of behavior,and collect brain cognitive data generated by the subjects' safe behaviors under two different conditions before and after learning information security knowledge.EEGLAB is used to preprocess the original data and total average superposition.According to the statistical analysis of the characteristics of the event-related potential components of the cerebral cortex,the effect of information security knowledge on information security behavior is demonstrated.The study found that information security emergency knowledge has a persuasive effect on the dissemination of information security knowledge from the central path and the edge path,which affects the user's communication behavior;And through ERP component analysis,it is found that when users make information security behavior decisions,active P300 components appear in the top pillow area of the brain.And after the user receives the information security knowledge,the P300 component induced by its compliance behavior is more activated than before the knowledge is received,and the information security knowledge strengthens the information security compliance behavior.
